I went to your Nex outlet to look for a pair of comfy shoes. As the first model proposed was comfortable, i asked if i could have that in another colour.
We were served by a older man and a young man. Neither knew the difference in the models and took forever to answer us. It was a whole incomplete explanation of different models and when we asked the difference, they told us they didn't know.
Fine. I asked if i can have the same model but in Nude colour, both said they don't have it after 3 rounds of indistinguishable explanation. Then i asked which other outlets have stock then? The older man insisted it didn't matter because manufacturer gave the same number to every store.
My mom tried to help and pointed out that every store may not have the same sales, so can we know which store has it? This is when EVERYTHING WENT DOWNHILL. The older man was VERY RUDE and insisted its the same with every store. When my mom asked if there is a way to check inventory, the older man said very dismissively and rudely, "Aiya, you don't know one".
Please, its not as though none of us has not worked in retail before, we had. And to behave this way just because your staff is unable to answer the questions and frustrated, this is unacceptable.
I refused to buy the shoes but FINALLY, they bothered to check and told us that Bugis store had 1 pair. I asked for pictures because your staff seemed unclear of what we want, then when shown, it was the wrong model. Thankfully this time round, they apologised gracefully and it was all good.
I would suggest training your staff to be competent in their product knowledge and to have basic service standards, because it would be a pity that other customers (like me) are turned off from buying your product when we are all ready to close the sale.
It was a very unpleasant, confusing, rude experience for me and my poor mom.

This is my first time buying Sunnystep. The sales person, Bryan at NEX was excellent! He took the time to explain the features of the shoes, as well as made recommendations on what would be most suited for my feet. His service was simply outstanding and he was so patient in bringing different styles and sizes for me to try. He is exemplary of what good service should be. I bought two pairs of shoes, and so far the one that I have worn is super comfortable. Definitely very happy with my buy!

Today i had a good experience with this outlet's staff Marcus, over a bad experience on my shopee live purchase.
Outcome : Marcus expediently understood what happened, checked his system, spoke to his manager and arranged to retain both pairs of shoes and informed that delivery of new sizes will be made to my house. I do hope SunnyStep will contact me soon.

What happened as an exciting incident - finally decided to 'splurge' on 2 pairs of SunnyStep shoes. Purchased them on shopee live after reassurance during live that there is no problem with exchange of size. Only size, not colour.
Did my part by immediately trying the shoes upon receipt on 27 dec, and reaching out to seller same day to arrange for a replacement. Seller said 1 pair is available in Nex and i said i will go over on Mon 30 dec. Only to find out seller on shopee didn't make any arrangement. There was no further update also that the exchange cannot proceed.

Great service! I enjoyed the shoe buying experience because the salesperson was friendly and patient. Love my sparkling new shoes from Sunny step. Their insoles have bumps to hit your feet’s acupuncture spots - a unique feature! Hopefully it helps my feet be less sore when I walk.
