Staff skills are very uneven. Some ok and some are extremely bad and are like a learner. Especially last night 30 May 2025 age around 40-50 woman who totally look like new learners who can't even cut my hair without taking off the mask. And after removed my mask to let her cut, she cant judge which site shouldnt cut. Now my hair style damage and unable to cover the less hair side due to her lousy skill. These are my 2nd time met learner in this barber shop. And this will be my last visit after visited almost 5 times. To this shop owner, please put a good skill worker permanently like the man age around 30 who is good skill in this shop to avoid disappointing your customer!!!!

Yesterday I showed the staff a photo of my previous hairstyle (done at QB Premium) and expected something similar. Unfortunately, the result was not even close. The fringe, top, back, and sides all look awkward and unnatural.
If he couldn't replicate the style, he could've just said so instead of pretending he could. Now I'm stuck with a ridiculous haircut. Definitely not returning!

Update on 15 Mar 2025. The worst haircut i got so far. This lady, not sure which country she is from, Philippines or Malaysia. dont know where ashe rushing to. Her skills are the worst of its kind. My hair near my temple got shaved off. And she doesnt seem to know when to stop and kept shaving, until my mid-high slopez shave no. 2, looks like a shave no. 3. Really really bad. I really start to doubt whether is it by luck to get one hairdresser, who is really good. The one i got today.. was absolute crap. Based on today, i rate a 1 star. Maybe QB must scrutinize the hairdresser they are recruiting.

Prices are fixed at $14. Decent quality of a haircut. However with three chairs on the weekend and heavy queues they were only operating 1 chair most of the time. Probably need to rethink the number of stylists working on a weekend.

I've been to here many times. However, quality has been dropping a lot recently with the change of hairdressers.
Visited on 15/2, 7.50 - 8.00pm.
Hairdresser name: Joey Ng, the one sitting in picture, doesn't seem to be interested in cutting my hair or doing her job. For the whole session, how do you even cut someone's hair if you dont dare/scared to touch someone's hair using your hands? This hairdresser seems to be also rushing through out the whole cutting process, having no idea on how to cut/cutting very badly.
As for the cleaning session, I understand that it will not be very clean, but you only vacuumed the front, and you barely touch the top or back? Are you really that scared?
Please take note if you're coming here to cut.

The haircut cost S$12. The staff who cut my hair is very professional, and I thought I will be covered with hair after my hair cut, but with the air cleaner (vacuum), he was removing my excess hair effectively.
