I had a great experience at the QB House outlet at Nex Mall! The staff were efficient, professional, and friendly. The haircut was quick but precise, and the stylist took the time to understand what I wanted. The place was clean, well-maintained, and the whole process was smooth from check-in to finish. Perfect for anyone looking for a no-fuss, quality haircut at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Alan is a very nice and friendly barber. Always remembers my preferred style and gives me my favourite cut every time. Highly recommend!

Been cutting my hair at this outlet for years and they have been consistently good. Alan especially is really great! Good service and I’m always satisfied with the cuts.

Staff skills are very uneven. Some ok and some are extremely bad and are like a learner. Especially last night 30 May 2025 age around 40-50 woman who totally look like new learners who can't even cut my hair without taking off the mask. And after removed my mask to let her cut, she cant judge which site shouldnt cut. Now my hair style damage and unable to cover the less hair side due to her lousy skill. These are my 2nd time met learner in this barber shop. And this will be my last visit after visited almost 5 times. To this shop owner, please put a good skill worker permanently like the man age around 30 who is good skill in this shop to avoid disappointing your customer!!!!

Didn't manage to get the name of the guy hair stylist, went around 3pm on 19 march, he did a great job in my haircut and also gave suggestions before proceeding to cut, so would like to give him a great review! It was my first time patronising QB House and for sure i am satisfied with the service 😁 …

Yesterday I showed the staff a photo of my previous hairstyle (done at QB Premium) and expected something similar. Unfortunately, the result was not even close. The fringe, top, back, and sides all look awkward and unnatural. If he couldn't replicate the style, he could've just said so instead of pretending he could. Now I'm stuck with a ridiculous haircut. Definitely not returning!

price increased lots, but appreciate the cleanliness and decent skills of the hairstylist. don’t understand why my child cannot sit and wait in the salon when it is empty though.

Mr Alan at serangoon nex is the best barber i've ever had . Truly appreciate his expertise and eye for detail . Absolutely sensational haircut . Dare i say better than a lot of more expensive barbers . Truly the best barber in qb house based on my experience.
