Why do your sales person only approach the elders? Easy target? Disgusting behaviour.

Never had a good impression of this shop. Always giving "free" samples, writing this review to WARN everyone, anyone. Please DO NOT entertain them. Roll your eyes & ignore them. Just WALK AWAY. Please don't GIAN the FREE gift because they will hard sell you afterwards. BEWARE!

Horrible customer service! I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this store. As I walked by, an employee offered me a free sample, and when I politely declined, their attitude instantly turned rude and disrespectful. It’s shocking how unprofessional and ill-mannered the staff are! Just because I didn’t want their sample doesn’t give them the right to treat me like I did something wrong. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can’t imagine how terrible their actual service must be. Avoid this place if you expect even the slightest bit of respect and professionalism.

Salesperson keep harassing me even though I am in a rush. Salesperson keeps trying to persuade me and wasted a lot of my time even though I show no interest in buying at all. Salesperson need to learn to respect and don't hard sell

Target the elderly and over sell packages for products that are not proven. Children of elderly folks please warn your parents. Hard sell and harass until you buy. How in the world do they get this rating in Google...

im was only 16. she dragged me in to use the dead seas' salt and other product without asking if i have any allergies. kept asking me to buy the products as well and it was so expensive for a 16 year old to even afford. not sure why they did not even bother to think before dragging people in. i request to take a picture to show my parents. she demanded that i should just purchase the products and said no loudly. she then asked me to use credit cards etc which is so ridiculous. i am 16. i told her i have no money with me at the moment hence i want to have a image of the product for future references. she disagree and asked me to leave. extremely rude. did not even gave me a chance to wash the product or wipe away, she just throw a tissue to me.

The staff are very rude to the customer when I tell your staff I go off already your staff keep wasting my time and keep as me buy when I tell your staff I not enough money than your staff say cannot be no money and ask me have bank card I say have but not enough money they Force me to buy there product when I not enough money and your staff service not good very rude to customer keep forcing me to get there product when I not enough money and so rude to customer this should not be service towards customer and the staff keep say don’t waste there time when your staff call me come in I tell your staff I in the hurry she refuse to listen I will never come again location at nex

I was actually running when I pass by their shop, cuz I’m late for dinner with my friends. Suddenly one lady which is their store manager, Ivy Le (I just have a quick glance over her name tag, not sure about the spelling) came in-front of me and passed me a sample. I stopped but couldn’t think much, so I grab the sample, thanks her and planned to walk away. Then she grab my hand and drag me into the store, saying that she want to introduce their products to me. I apologised to her, explaining that I’m in a hurry. She didn’t listen to me, and apply one of their products on my hand, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! Then she keep promoting the product, while grabbing my hand tightly. I asked a few times before she agree to wash out the products she apply on my hand, which she claimed to be sea salt gel (WHICH I DON’T CARE). As soon as my hand is clean, I smile politely and turn around to get out of the store. Then once again, she stopped in front of me, and before I could react she apply some moisturiser on my hand. I’m so enraged but manage to gain back my sanity. So I told her sternly that I need to go right now, immediately. However, she acted like she didn’t hear my words, and started to sell their products to me. She keep saying that I’ll need it, it’s not expensive, it’s very efficient. I tried many times to reject but seems like none of my words went into her ears. So I just call my father on the spot, and tell him that a sales lady was blocking my way, and keep grabbing my hand to prevent me from leaving. At first the lady is still laughing, explaining that she just wanted to introduce me their products, and it’s just a small matter nothing serious. Then I continue asking my father whether it’s illegal for her to do so, and if he can come with my uncle to pick me up since he’s a lawyer, and my uncle is a policeman. Then the lady face took on a ghastly expression. She then told me that I can leave now, and turn away to her colleagues. So I just walked out of the store. I’m sure she wouldn’t expect that I’m lying to her. My father isn’t a lawyer, and my uncle isn’t a policeman. I said so just to scare her, in order that she’ll let me leave.

I just came to Singapore to work. Of course, I had no money when I first came to work, but she explained the product for about half an hour while helping me apply the product. I was reluctant to listen to her explain how good the product product was. I had no choice but to buy three products to let me leave. At that time, I made an appointment with a friend nearby, but I was late. Can't you just spare those who have no money? Hope there is no next victim.

Forcing people to try their products. They said no need to buy just try but when you step inside they will let you try a lot of products even you keep saying Noooooo and asked you to buy. When i say no sales lady get angry and still force me to buy. Stop harassing people! No one will buy from you even if you say your product is good if the people selling them is very unprofessional and no manners. This kind of business technique to get a customer is the worst!
