The food is really good however there was an employee called aimran being very rude. I saw him speaking really rudely to people and was ignoring people who tried to order and ask him something. I even saw someone waiting for 30 min just to order their food.

The service counter staff are friendly with a little waiting to take orders. They are very helpful to serve and picking our orders. It was not crowded in the morning. Can have a good chat time with friends at the place with ease. Food is not a big portion for a local size. The place is relatively clean and nicely maintained.

To start with, I waited about 10 mins before my order was taken by the grouchy looking in-charge. (I wanted to be sure of getting my hands on the preferred Smurf toy rather than keying in my order via the ordering platform). Anyway,my coffee and lukewarm fries were already on the tray, short of the cheeseburger. The lady manning the burger station was taking her own sweet time, pulling out her trays of burgers and pies here and there and still didn’t make my burger! When she did, my fries were already cold. This is terrible.. Frankly the incharge was laissez-faire so it’s no wonder the team is unmotivated. I don’t see smiling faces unlike the team at Woodleigh. Anyway, I won’t be coming to Nex for my BK fix.

First time here on a Saturday evening. Very bad experience. Here's what happened: Reached here at about 5:43pm, not many customers within. I placed my orders successfully at 5:46pm. Waited for nearly 15 minutes to my order but the number is not moving. Went to the counter to enquire and was greeted with a "Oh, 我现在帮你做”. OMG I thought, obviously you guys miss my order completely! If I hadn't asked, does it mean I'll be waiting for my order forever!? What a bad service I thought... And to cap it off, there are really not many customers at that point of time. If they can mess up orders despite not piling up the backlog, I can't imagine when they are full house. Seriously BK, you are facing very stiff competition with the players in the Singapore market, Buck Up please and pull up your socks fast. P.S. Oh and yes, the gentleman who seems like the supervisor at the counter is not wearing a cap, which he is supposed to because he went to the kitchen too.

I recently visited Burger King and had a frustrating experience. I placed a simple order for cheese fries, expecting a quick bite, but it took nearly half an hour to get my food. I understand that some delays can happen, but this seemed excessive for such a straightforward order. The fries themselves were decent, but the long wait definitely put a damper on the experience. I hope they can improve on their speed, especially for simple orders like mine. Definitely not the best visit.

What do you expect? It’s Burger King in a shopping mall. Most of the time it will be crowded, so expect a waiting of 15 minutes or more. I realised the counter service will be quicker than orders place at the order booth. My order came only after the customers at the counter are served. Join the queue. I think it is much quicker if not you might be forgotten until the end. They are understaff. The nuggets and fries I received were cold. I decided not to change it as it will be another wait.

Burger king you have not ceased to disappoint me. It's not easy to give a one star grading in Singapore but you have succeeded. Your service staff can ignore customers, amidst your ordering machine all down, please refer to the photos. Even after we approached the service staff, and he informed your manager Aman. Wonderful Birthday Party Experience – Thank You Burger King & Netty! We recently celebrated my child’s birthday at Burger King, and it was such a fantastic experience! I want to give a special thank you to Netty and the amazing crew who went out of their way to make the day extra special. Netty was in close contact with me throughout the planning and was incredibly helpful, kind, and organized. She made everything so easy and smooth, from coordinating the setup to helping plan fun games that the kids absolutely loved. Her warmth and attention to detail really stood out. What touched me most was the surprise gift they prepared for my child – such a thoughtful gesture that brought a big smile to their face. The team also helped guide the kids through the activities and photo sessions, so we could capture beautiful memories without stress. Nice eating place for burgers/sandwiches. The long chicken burger is good as in other outlets. The menu says upsize meal, but not why the kiosk still ask whether you want a small or medium or large drink. There are cubicles for small group/family privacy dining.
