Great service by the male staff today who was generous in his serving for both the yogurt and the toppings. Probably the best outlet I’ve been to in this aspect.

Before i made an order, I asked the ah lian cashier if they had any containers for TAKE AWAY. She immediately said yes and so I ordered a large - pls see photo attached. I've bought from Yolé many times b4, from different branches and, this is the 1st time I've gotten such a small serving for a large, take away order. Even McD's sundaes are bigger than this! So, lookout for this dyed orangey hair lady with fake eyelashes before u decide to order pls.

NOT DAIRY FREE. The branding and website is very misleading, there is a lot of advertising for dairy free ice cream but this location only has dairy ice cream and does not clearly display this. Yolé please take note and have staff/ signage clearly communicate that they are serving dairy products only.

One of the best and healthier zero dairy, zero sugar added frozen yoghurt and ice cream available in the market. Dispute surfaced between Spain's franchisor Llaollao and Singapore's franchisee D+1 Holdings in 2017 and Yole was born in early 2018 in Singapore under the helm of Marta Diaz the owner with D+1 Holdings as the master franchisee in Singapore.

The staff are very friendly and they explained patiently. I am very satisfied with this shopping experience and I will buy again next time.
