Terrible service, rude staff. When i told the female staff my order, she said she couldn’t hear me and made me repeat, but when i repeated, she gave me the most disgusted and irritated look and turned away. Ok, i’d let that slide. then later on, i wanted to add additional toppings and this time another staff helped me to add toppings. That rude female staff heard my request and snatched the yogurt cup out of the other staff’s hands and straight up put down my request by saying “ No space already”- again with that disgusted look on her face. Excuse you, it’s not like i’m asking for free toppings? i’m a paying customer. There was clearly space at the top of the yogurt for more toppings. Thought i was exaggerating things, but after reading the other review about the service at this outlet, im pretty sure ur staff have an attitude problem and is affecting the quality of this outlet overall. I am utterly shocked and disappointed at the service i felt today. I spend my money at ur store still need to deal with your attitude? i won’t be returning as long as that staff continues working there and not improve her attitude. I am not the only one who feels this way as well, as seen in other reviews. Do make a thorough investigation in ur staffs’ service and make changes accordingly. I hope to not take further action.

Terrible service at the counter. Put in my order for a vegan cup and the first thing she says is “huh?” It’s clearly written in bold behind her and if she is an employee of the place, should know what offerings are provided.
I repeat and she points to the machine being broken down. So there’s only dairy options. When choosing the topping she kept repeat “what topping” just those two words in a condescending way without giving any time to read the labels. Isn’t it for the customer to read so they know what they’re ordering?
Her face also looked like she’d rather be anywhere else than there. If this is the kind of customer service provided, why do we need humans manning the place? Wouldn’t a machine suffice? This occurs on a Saturday at around 2 p.m and it’s the woman with light brown hair. The other service staff was patient and allowed us enough time to pay.

This outlet doesn’t serve vegan ice cream. I’m not sure why or how they can decide not to serve a product that the company is supposed to be selling.
Edit: came back to the outlet 1 month later and was told “this outlet does not serve vegan ice cream as there aren’t many orders”. So the vegan option isn’t occasionally out-of-stock. They simply refuse to sell it.

Frozen yogurt itself is fantastic, my concern is rather the service. I get that working is not always entertaining but the service is absolutely low, the staff makes you feel very unwelcome and you can see that the last thing they want to do is to help a customer, rather they pray for you to disappear as soon as possible

Wanted to try the vegan, dairy-free new flavour as a lactose intolerant person myself thinking I will have another dairy-free dessert option.
They have an ongoing promotion for $2 off for the vegan flavours. There was mango and chocolate flavours only. When I want the chocolate. The service person she says chocolate doesn’t have the $2 off which is very confusing. But anyway paid $7plus for a small cup and it tastes so horrible, very weird aftertaste! It left a powdery residue on my tongue for days, my bf ate it too and the same thing happened to him. Very very disappointed.
And also wanted the strawberries but they seem to use frozen strawberries because it the colour looks so off.

Before i made an order, I asked the ah lian cashier if they had any containers for TAKE AWAY. She immediately said yes and so I ordered a large - pls see photo attached.
I've bought from Yolé many times b4, from different branches and, this is the 1st time I've gotten such a small serving for a large, take away order. Even McD's sundaes are bigger than this!
So, lookout for this dyed orangey hair lady with fake eyelashes before u decide to order pls.

The branding and website is very misleading, there is a lot of advertising for dairy free ice cream but this location only has dairy ice cream and does not clearly display this. Yolé please take note and have staff/ signage clearly communicate that they are serving dairy products only.

My current hyperfixation has been yole’s ibiza cups since i started working at nex. I didnt have quite a pleasant experience with my previous orders with chinese lady who seemed very half arsed in making my order. I rarely leave reviews. But today the person who made my ibiza cup made my entire day. Whoever you are uncle, thank you, you made it look so beautiful and it tasted ten times better than it usually does. Hope to have you around more often

One of the best and healthier zero dairy, zero sugar added frozen yoghurt and ice cream available in the market. Dispute surfaced between Spain's franchisor Llaollao and Singapore's franchisee D+1 Holdings in 2017 and Yole was born in early 2018 in Singapore under the helm of Marta Diaz the owner with D+1 Holdings as the master franchisee in Singapore.
