Just wanted to leave a review here in hopes that the management of UNIQLO would see too, and that hopefully this raise awareness to people who shops at UNIQLO NEX. I sincerely hope incidents like this wouldn't happen to anyone else and, hopefully it's a one time event. Today(02-03-2025) me & my partner decided to shop at UNIQLO as we have some gift cards gifted to us from the recent CNY and Christmas. To our disappointment, one of the UNIQLO staffs(an middle aged Indian lady is the most specific I could get to as I didn't see her name tag), ended up ruining our shopping time. For context-- My partner took some clothings and waited at the queue, first time he wasn't given any number tags. So we didn't know there was a number tag system. And then it wasn't fitting so we went to choose some other clothings and he went to try it on again and came out to show me, then I handed him a white shirt and to match with a pants for him to have a better idea of how he looks in consideration that no one was in the queue and it's okay to try one more piece of clothings. That staff I mentioned above then happened to be at the changing room counter and stopped my partner as he was going back into the changing room he was in and already started talking to him in unpleasant tone that I could hear from outside the waiting room area. She talked disrespectfully to my partner and raised her voice a little and continued talking in an unpleasant tone to must take a number card before going in next time and took the extra piece of shirt that I handed him that exceeded the number of clothings without asking him if he wanted to exchange or whatsoever. And even after my partner told her that no one was at the changing room counter, she did not talk nicer or apologise for how rudely she talked. I did not want to jump to conclusions even when I heard how she talked, hence didn't confront her, and anyways what I wanted was not a fight. But I think that there was better ways to handle things situation. Firstly, her tone could have been more pleasant, not as if she's scolding someone.. Even if she was having a bad day. Could she have not taken it out on customers? Secondly, can UNIQLO staffs like her, next time first understand the situation before scolding someone like this? WE ARE NOT FREQUENT PATRONS OF UNIQLO, there are many more people that might not be frequent patrons and might not know how their system works. And does that mean they are to be treated this way instead of something like "Ma'am/Sir, next time please kindly wait for our staff to attend to you at the queue and not go in yourself as to avoid any misunderstandings" etc. Etc. I am utterly disappointed in your customer service. Please do better UNIQLO. I hope you all can review how Your customer service is/ How your staffs are treating customers. Your clothes are nice but if your staff is treating others this way, pherhaps it's time for me and other people who would be concerned about being treated so unfairly to be reconsidering supporting and patronising a store like yours.

Friendly staff and well stocked. Son tried multiple outfits and the staff is most accommodating. Although it is a public holiday, the place does not feel overly crowded.

Uniqlo at NEX – Great Value and Quality Uniqlo is a great place to shop for quality, easy-to-wear clothing at reasonable prices. I always make it a point to check the aisles for sales and promotional items—some of the discounts are surprisingly significant. While the NEX outlet isn’t the largest, it still offers a good range of essential fashion wear. I’ve found the quality and materials used in their products to be excellent—durable and long-lasting. Overall, Uniqlo remains one of the best places to find stylish, affordable fashion that suits everyone.

Uniqlo at NEX offers a great shopping experience with its wide selection of affordable, high-quality basics and seasonal collections. The store is well-organized, clean, and staffed with helpful employees, making browsing and purchasing a breeze. The only minor downside during my visit was a small section cordoned off for renovation, which slightly limited access to a part of the store. However, this didn’t significantly disrupt the overall shopping experience. If you’re looking for stylish, comfortable clothing at reasonable prices, Uniqlo at NEX remains a reliable choice.

came here to return a pair of pants back in may, realised i left my bus card on the ledge under the counter when i was waiting for the bus. the staff there were quick to safekeep it for me even tho it hasnt been 5 minutes since i left 🙏 thank yall so much. service is a 10/10, but the store is very cramped compared to the one at amk hub. at least the fitting rooms were spaceous.

I was recently shopping in Uniqlo Nex and was assisting by Thi Mao. She was so friendly to welcome us, answer my questions and thoughtfully offering a chair for our elderly to sat down while we’re shopping around. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist made my shopping experience much better. Thank you again for your excellent service.

Hi i love to shop at Uniqlo but i doubt if i will in future again after last evening incident at your store. I am very disappointed with the service of your staff called Franklie. I was at the fitting room yesterday wanting a try the blouse which i took a liking. The lady franklie told me to be careful of my makeup and if i ruin it i will have to pay for it. What nonsense statement is this?! Firstly i have went to the fitting rooms of thousand shops and none of the staffs commented anything like this. Secondly i was only wearing lisptick and its transfer proof. The colour of the blouse i wanted to try was a dark brown colour and not light colours. I wanna ask is it the new SOP of UNIQLO to ask female shoppers this question? Was franklie telling all the other female shoppers the same question as well or only me ? If she was telling only me im sorry to admit that shes racist. The staff definitely lacks customer service and she needs more coaching on that. I have send an official email regarding this complaint to the UNIQLO service team. I appreciate if the management kindly take a look into this and give me an explanation soon in order to avoid any other similar complaints in future. Thanks

i would like to commend staff named nana for their outstanding service. she were incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the process. it's rare to come across staff who genuinely care about customer satisfaction, and nana certainly did. thank you!
