I had a smooth and happy experience yesterday (27 Dec 2024) with the NEX team. Needed to exchange a top that I bought from another outlet to a smaller size one. I was in a rush and approached a staff there directly for service. She helped me promptly to pick up the size I want, and directed me to the cashier for the paperwork. The whole experience was fuss free. Thanks to the team.

The urge to buy is strong here 😅 because of all the enticing discounts ❤️ I’ve used their basic heat technology leggings since 2020 and it kept me warm even in a 12°c early autumn in Melbourne. So for sure you’ll find Uniqlo’s products useful especially when visiting East Asian countries like South Korea and Japan etc 👍🏻👍🏻

As a frequent shopper in NEX, I am always very satisfied with the quality of the staff and their service towards the customers. The store is clean and tidy albeit being a little narrow, but the staff are always on the lookout to help customers who might be in need of help. The changing room is neat and clean and the staff are always very hard working even though the store can be crowded on the weekends.
The full timers and part timers are friendly and helpful, and I always enjoy going to Uniqlo NEX for my retail needs.

It’s great that this Uniqlo location has a recycling bin to collect pre-loved UNIQLO clothing. It’s right by the self check-out machines. Not every Uniqlo shop has this recycling bin set up so good for them for setting it up!

A staff insisted that the alteration of my pants are to be based on my markings using the small paper clips provided by them. There will be a chance that I might be punished by the mistakes as a non professional. No assistance was given by the staff to help me with the markings. The quality of service is biased and inconsistent as the previous customer received proper help from her. I cancelled the request politely and walked away as I have no confidence in the staff and this store.
