Nice service but honestly super disappointed but the custom mug I made for my wife with our family picture. The picture cover probably 1/3 of the mug....super plain, nothing special really, looks super cheap.

I placed an online order for a water bottle & requested it to be personalized with a name. The order process & collection was done with the same day, in a few hours time! Great service!
