I was so careless for not adding my unit number for delivery. So I wrote to the customer service and my order was updated instantly. I love the bag alot and it is spacious that allows me to put my laptop, ipad, mouse, 2 mobile phones in there. Me and my colleague love both the bags!

Fantastic place for customizing high quality and presentable gifts. The staff responded to my last minute request for customization just 15 minutes before closing time. I was able to communicate and place order via WhatsApp efficiently and collected the beautiful items when I arrived. I was late and the two ladies waited patiently for me with a smile. Amazing service by Imprint. Iā€™m impressed and so grateful.

I had a great experience at Nex outlet with Dyant and Kammy on 15 April. They were very helpful in assisting me with my purchase of thermal bottles. They sent me pictures of all the bottles with the imprint done on the same evening. Next day, I requested for same day delivery. They accorded to my request and the items arrived within 2 hours. All items in good condition for our team bonding. Thank you for your efficiency and great service.

Fast delivery and quality was good. Loved the print. Although once all the cards are there, the wallet can be thick. The coin slots are a hit/miss, cos my coins keep falling from it most of the time.

Was really stuck on a Christmas present for my wife and thankfully found the Imprint. I got her a lovely , sleek laptop case with her initials and she was so happy. The online ordering process was so easy and the delivery was very quick!

I bought 2 nos. Burgundy Saffiano passport covers with personalised names online and the order was processed promptly as I was able to collect the products within 2 working days. The passport covers were beautiful and of good quality. It was nicely packed in a gift box, complete with a gift card, and was a great Christmas gift for my best friend. I am also impressed by the excellent customer service from Qi Xiang, who has been most helpful and prompt in answering all my questions.
