Luggage locked spring faulty during Dec oversea when first used (bought in Nov). Brought luggage to service center and was being informed the design of the lock will be faulty again and was advised to change and top for premium lock. Was here for 30 mins and every single walk in for repair was asked to pay for premium repair to prevent revisiting for repair even luggage under warranty. What a gimmick act by this company.

Horrible experience. Staff either don't know the price of products or anyhow just blatantly lie. Went on Friday to ask the price of the product, staff say 30% off. Product priced at $100, to confirm I ask, final price is $100-$30 = $70 right? Staff say yes $70. Next day I go to buy product, staff say, no actually 10%. On top that, staff says, Yesterday also I told you the same as 10% and accusing me of lying.

Terrible luggages. Broke on the first time we used it, inconvenienced our entire trip, and still they insist we go to some industrial hidden location to get it repaired, which cost more time and money to get to and from. DO NOT BUY. Go to more reputable sources.

Friendly sales personnel; unfortunately extremely disappointing product quality. Eminent kk50 28" - first flight, black stains on luggage surface and this was the only 1 out of 4 bags affected; second flight, huge corner dent + crack through polycarbonate and this was the only 1 of 3 bags affected; survived a third flight; fourth flight, the zipper pull tabs cleanly sheared off from integrated luggage lock. This is not built for any travel.

I visited the NEX branch while I was in the area, as I was traveling soon. To my dismay, while I was examining the zipperless luggage in the store and opening and closing the clasps no more than five times consecutively, one of the retail assistants, who was speaking to her friend on the side, suddenly approached me and shooed me away from the luggage with a condescending "Excuse me." She then checked if I had damaged it before promptly returning to her conversation with her friend. I was left bewildered and obviously annoyed by what had happened. It was definitely an experience I would not want to have again, and I would happily take my business elsewhere. Never knew luggages were so delicate.

Nice lady Xue Ling helped me to choose a good luggage. Was having a hard time deciding between hush puppies (very cute) and eminent (my mum has one that lasted forever), and Xue Ling shared with me that eminent is an old reputable brand for luggages. So I went with her recommendation and she even helped me set up the lock combination as well. Really love her service, will give 10 stars if I can. Will update on how durable the luggage is later.
