I just visited this pet shop and had a very disappointing experience. I was looking to purchase dewormer and noticed the expiration date will pass before I use up the tablets. Concerned, I asked the staffs if they could check whether they happen to have any batch with a slightly longer shelf life as my pet is small. Unfortunately, instead of offering a checking, the staff repeatedly brushed me off, repeating the same phrase over and over that “it’s all the same” without addressing my concern. It felt like they were more interested in shutting me up than actually helping me. Customer service was non-existent!

Big space, lots of item for Pet's owner to purchase here. Staff was super helpful too.

Major miscommunication from the staffs and perhaps between the staffs. We visited in the afternoon and we were ready to purchase a pup in the evening and was told an operation time, but when we visited during the evening it was closed. Came afternoon (again time suggested by staff), then we were told pup was sold the night before. Staff agreed to ring us when the pup is sold before we get back but we received no form of communication. What a great disappointment. We were all ready to welcome our new additional to the family.

I would not give star at all if given the choice. First of all, the operating hours of the pick a pet section is not accurate, close to 12+ and staff came in a dilly dally manner to clean and bring the dogs out. Secondly, the blonde hair middle age female staff was extremely rude. She told us to not 'stare' at the dogs as they will get too excited, they were already excited when they were nobody around. When we move to another side, she told us SECOND TIME to not look at other dogs as well. Lol! Open business to let poeple view the dogs, tell us cannot look at the dogs? Then why not just open to only appointment only and to potential buyers and not display the dogs openly? 🙄
