I would like to thank Edwin from The Pet Safari Serangoon NEX for his kindness and efficiency in helping me by first calling other outlets to check on the availability of the product that i was looking for my discuss fish tank . I really appreciate his patience throughout the whole process and Edwin sharing the correct information from his knowledge. On top off that he still double check the instructions behind the product and make sure everything dosages to use correctly than he give it to me. This was our first time getting a hamster for my son, and I was feeling quite overwhelmed. I called the Nex Pet Safari outlet and spoke with a gentleman named Clement. He was incredibly patient and kind over the phone, taking the time to answer all my questions clearly. I immediately took down his name and decided to look for him when we visited the outlet.
When we arrived, Clement remembered our conversation and had already checked the availability of the breeds we were interested in. He walked around with us in the store, patiently explaining everything we needed to know about hamster care. He also made sure to answer all my son’s questions, helping us get everything we needed to create a safe and comfortable home for our new pet.
Even after making our purchase, Clement went above and beyond—he took the time to help us set up the cage and ensured we left with confidence. His customer service, knowledge, and genuine care made this a truly wonderful experience. Thank you, Clement, for making our first-time pet journey so smooth and memorable!

Never buy dogs from this shop! Mine came with health issues as a puppy and none of these info were communicated to me. Do not trust their beeeders! Their staff also provided wrong advice on feeding and dental care, very irresponsible of PLC. Please choose an ethical and responsible breeder instead.

I'm love to see animals .dog n guinea pig . But is too expensive to buy . I'm have a old dog at home . My dog favorite shop full of food . Titbit. Upstairs staff is so friendly . Unlike the downstairs . Upstairs Staff recommend a lot of things n give advice what cat or dog loves .

I'm quite shocked that my reviews (as a customer who has been buying expensive Exo terra/Hagen products from various PLC outlets for years, have mostly been removed. Why are a paying customers' reviews deemed as unfair reviews?
Inconsistent quality of products , zero actual product knowledge. New basking platform has a hole that filled up with water after 10 days. PLC refused to refund for the defective item and didn't even bother to explain what the problem could be.
Given that PLC is also selling terrapins which live for decades, should be able to offer solutions on basking platforms instead of telling me to stop buying the Exo Terra platform.

Sun sensen service was very good that we decided to come back to this branch once again to look for him and get our 2nd hamster. He really took the time and effort to explain to attend to our queries and assist us even after the store was closed.

I ordered Senior and Adult came. Call back.. tons of reason given for the mistakes. Best reason, Senior and Adult are the same one la. Another is ask me go get a small pack Senior and wait till next week then they exchange! Then why I order if don't need the food? They gave up.. ask me call HQ.. and HQ immediately apologize and exchange will be delivered the next day. And the closing point.. the one gave all the reasons claim that she in the one in charge of the store. Really gave one a very bad impression of the level of management at the store itself.
