I was referred to Eiffel to fix my specs issue. She was really very professional and patiently explained to me what are the issue I am facing with my specs. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to her when they want to make specs.

I chanced upon Eiffel when I was shopping for sunglasses at spectacle hut. she is very friendly and her product knowledge is excellent. she recommended a few sunglasses that suits my needs and face shape and I walk away as a happy customer.

Eiffel Lum from Nex branch is very helpful and kind hearted to assist her customer like me. She will always goes the extra mile to help that's why whoever my family members who need to wear spectacle I will refer to her. Her skills and customer service is fantastic! Frankly speaking we will follow wherever she goes. We pray hard she will be with the company as long as possible! 5 stars to Eiffel Lum!

The staff Jia Ling and Angel at the outlet has provided utmost quality service. They were patient in answering my enquiries and or questions. From eye test till collection of glasses, the process was most pleasant.

Great place to get my contact lens & specs! Especially Jia Ling who gives personalised service by going the extra mile by texting me & send me reminders! I really appreciate that. They even offer delivery services if I’m too busy to pick up.
