I brought my Ray Ban's to this shop and they were very kind, courteous and helped with fixing the issue straight away and no questions asked. I first brought my sunglasses to Ray Ban's at nex and the staff told me they charged $5. For a screw replacement. Totally absurd. Spectacle Hit at nex just provided great service.

My spectacle frame came loose and my lens fell out. Brendan did an awesome job tightening the screw and fixing the frame back in shape!

I recently visited Jonathan, my optician, and I was blown away by the level of service I received. Jonathan was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my entire visit. He took the time to carefully explain everything to me and made sure that all of my questions were answered. His meticulous attention to detail really stood out to me and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. I highly recommend Jonathan to anyone in need of an optician.

Yating helped me with repairing my spectacles and helped identify that it was a problem with the screw track. She helped fix the issue and when I asked if I needed to pay, she said that I didn’t need to since it wasn’t that big of issue. So thank you for helping me.

I had a comprehensive eye health check up and consultation by Jonathan and Raven. They shared eye care tips like warm compression and the frequency I should maintain on a weekly basis for optimum results. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
