It’s my second time here in 2 weeks (and I’m not a make up fan😅😂). Of course I’ve always known Sephora and I’ve been to other outlets before but those past 2 times were so heartwarming that i needed to write a review. Both times, my concerns were addressed by Bavani: a wonderful soul, artistic, knowledgeable, passionate and soooo understanding (I don’t think I would have been as patient with myself if I were in her shoes lol). I was very hesitant between 2 products, but she calmly explained everything to me as many times as needed and also helped me applied them. But another reason why I’m writing is because not only Bavani, but the entire team is amazing: while we were deciding between which foundation suited me better a few staff members came to help (Meilun, Winnie, Calvin…). It was so touching to see everyone so nice and involved. Please congratulate them for me because having such a great customer service is rare nowadays !

For years whenever I had no choice but had to go SEPHORA @ NEX - always met with grumpy nonchalant service. Almost nil in service quotient. Today I am glad to say KELVIN YAP had the most pleasant smile, charismatic guy. The epitome of Service. Kelvin - u brought back & UP my almost dwindling faith in this Brand.

Me and my husband spent 1 1/2hour at Sephora NEX while the staff Zurika who was with us until payment time. In between i was unsure about shades and colors that suits my skin she gave good recommendations. She has provided us with their best selling products. I am very much happy with the good customer service skills she has shown to us. Even though, i trouble her to take 2 different products when payment was being processed she initiated to take the product for me without any say 🙂 really a great work spirit 💪 Keep up the good work!

Visited the store on 20/6 evening and was served by Cecile! She was so sweet, kind and attentive. Even gave me some samples from Caudalie to try out and informed me on the latest sales. Absolutely love it when people are so genuine in what they do. Thank you Cecile! You’re a sweetheart.

I had a great experience with Pepper at Sephora! She was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave thoughtful recommendations that really suited my needs. Excellent customer service – thank you, Pepper!

Terribly rude service. Didn’t have the app so I showed the staff my membership card number only to have her roll her eyes at me and condescendingly said they will stop accepting it from next month. Message received, could be much more polite in delivery. Same condescension later on when I asked about redeeming items from points. Impatient, no smile, patronising attitude. Will not shop here again.

I visited this store on a casual evening, and as expected, the place was bustling with activity. All the staff members seemed to be occupied with their tasks, which is understandable given the busy atmosphere. However, one major issue that stood out was the air conditioning—it didn’t seem to be working properly, making the store uncomfortably hot. This definitely affected the overall experience, as the heat made it difficult to browse or stay for long. On a positive note, I’d like to commend the cashier, who was friendly and provided good service despite the busy environment. Their attitude was a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating visit. What truly infuriated me, though, was the behavior of a particular individual—a lady in a white dress who appeared to be a staff member, as she was able to access staff-only areas. However, she wasn’t wearing a name tag or any identifiable uniform, which made her role unclear. Instead of assisting customers or helping her colleagues, she seemed to have nothing to do and was just pacing up and down the cashier’s aisle. Her presence was not only unhelpful but also created unnecessary anxiety for customers. If you’re not going to contribute, it’s better to stay out of the way rather than adding to the stress of an already busy environment. Overall, while the friendly cashier deserves recognition, the lack of a functioning aircon and the unprofessional behavior of the unidentified staff member significantly detracted from the experience. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the store’s atmosphere and customer service.

terrible service. I have been here many times and always have a rude encounter with the staff. So rude even though I approach them kindly. Always showing face and no customer service etiquette at all. Some of them are nice but most of them are so gnarly. I feel that they choose to be nice to older people and show attitude to young adults and such (I’m 22). My cashier today was Milla or something and she had not smile or politeness about her whatsoever. I swear I have been here more than 20 times and each and every time, they don’t forget to be rude to me. Funnily enough each one of the indian staff have been the rudest to me although i am indian myself. Really off putting to go to this sephora.

My GF has been going to this outlet 6 times in looking to do eyebrows Gina!! But Gina is NEVER there. Would rate this outlet a 0/10 and recommend the manager check out where she is during working hours 😡 …

Of all the staff on duty that day, only Kelvin was happy to assist me. The rest are dodging around trying to avoid making eye contact. (Best is the one lady whom I approached and told the products I needed as well as the brands I was considering. I thought she would help me find my shade but her response was “YSL that way” point me in the direction and that’s it 😂). Kelvin on the other hand asked me relevant and thoughtful questions to determine my expectations of the product’s performance, made good recommendations, and assisted me with shade-matching. And because my wedding was 2 days later, and NEX didn’t have my shade, he took it upon himself to fetch my shade from another outlet and bring it back to NEX, so I can collect it the next day! If he was after the sales commissions he could have let me purchase the products I came in inquiring about, as they were 20-25% more expensive than the one I eventually ended up buying, which actually exceeded my expectations. I’m highly impressed with his customer service, and because of this I am more inclined to believe his recommendations for other products.
