Staff honeydew was really sweet and helpful! I got a bunch of things with her recommendation and they’ve worked so well. Look for her at the nex outlet esp if you need products for dry skin hehe ✨

A great big shoutout to Ruby of the Fragrance department! Thank you for your great recommendation on scents, and for teaching me how the perfume “settles” and changes over time. Ruby, if you’re reading this - kudos for going above and beyond in your service! Your patience with my noob nose is commendable! 😁
Thank you to Bavani too, for assisting in the checkout and gift wrapping service! You’re a star!
Management - if you’re reading this, pls give them both a raise! 😉

Service was terrible, no one cared to help.
Feels like the salesperson owns the place.

It seems that the Malay lady employee in the fragrance section is somewhat popular - in all the wrong ways.
No smile/greeting whatsoever when I first approached and said hi; patronising expression and tone. Asked her if the store carried a luxury brand’s perfume but was dismissed in a rather rude and condescending tone to just go to the boutique of the luxury brand instead. My question was a genuine one as Sephora does carry luxury brands’ fragrances - it’s just so that the brand I was inquiring about wasn’t available - she made it seem like a foolish question (and I felt a little insulted) by responding in that manner.
Another observation: Her eyes glues judgementally to you as you walk along the aisle of fragrances without any offer of assistance. This happened to me, as well as my friend who looks similar to me. Based on my observations, she seems selective in the way she treats people and it was a total turn-off for me witnessing that.
Other staff members are fine and are generally helpful if you are proactive in engaging the help of one (they’re not much so themselves).
As much as I like the brand and would continue patronising the stores, I feel like more could be done in terms of service, especially for particular employees in specific branches.
