Dryer delivered on saturday 5 July 2025.
Tested the dryer after letting it rest for about 5 hours or so.
First run had squeaking sound.
2nd run drum move slowly.
Contacted prism support 6 July 2025 next day, told me will get back to me.
Email them with issue, until today 15 July 2025. No reply from support.
