Ruzz served me on the 14th of April when I enquire on the prism TV. He was quite knowledgable on the diff spec of the TV and reccommended me to get the better ones. I am also requesting to expedite the delivery timing and he willingly try to endorse on the request. It was a smooth & swift service I can say. Affordable and worth every $ of mine. Thanks!

Due to the old TV mount applicability inquiry, we have visited this shop three times and interacted with multiple staff members. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.
