Ordered a chocolate egglet and waited for close to 25mins only for a soft lumpy and cold egglet. Was by the staff that it was deliberately left to cool. Didn’t know egglet was supposed to be served cold and lumpy. Absolutely not cool

Chrysanthemum Milk tea with Chrysanthemum pearls highly recommended! I got the 50% sugar option and it was a bit too sweet for me after a few sips…(recommend to get 25% sugar instead). Chrysanthemum pearls were good too and the Chrysanthemum taste was real and very unique(and good of course) Advantage of the milk tea being a bit too sweet is that I will drink it slowly so it’ll last longer😉

Great range of tea and obviously bubbles. The service was excellent and the team certainly work fast and calm despite the queue. I love the burnt caramel , pink, chrysanthemum bubbles. Not such a big fan of black sesame bubbles personally but I love the idea. Who would have known Chrysanthemum goes so well with milk. The Taiwan milk tea range are yummy too.

Quality of playmade drink is always good. Especially with those funny pearl flavours. it is always amazing to watch them make the pearls on the side. This outlet seems to have a lot of employees inside looking busy(?) But service isn't really that good though.. price is slightly on the high side, especially with the addition of pearls prices at 1.1 for M and 1.7 for L

Consistently great drinks and great service. Staff are polite, conscientious & always get the order right, no matter how busy they are. Pearls are always QQ and tea is fresh. They make great recommendations (ie: type of pearl, type of tea, caffeinated/non-caffeinated) based on your personal preferences too. My go-to place for bubble tea!

This is the first time trying out their egg waffle and it was surprisingly good! However, the waffle wasn’t cooled down enough so it wasn’t as crispy as I liked it to be. If you have had the waffle at raffle place’s bakery cuisine and like it, this has a similar texture but with the addition of egg aftertaste. I will be back!

I think Playmade has the best pearls in town. Super soft and crunchy. My go-to is the sesame pearls with Taiwan milk tea. The only thing that stop me from giving 5 stars is that this outlet ran out of small notes /or change, and the cashier kept asking customers to give exact. I'm not sure what's the situation with their payment but nets or credit card should be made available if you are setting a store in a shopping mall. Anyway i'll be up to try the 3 pearl flavor in 1 on my next visit.

PlayMade Nex is the BEST PlayMade in Singapore. Operated mainly by 3 ladies who are always friendly, and always remembers my requests, even the smallest details such as 0% sugar, no ice, and the pearls that I like. PlayMade is very lucky to have these 3 ladies as your employees! Keep it up! Will continue supporting you guys 👍🏻😊

I honestly prefer this over the few other BBT shops at NEX. Their flavoured pearls are their USP, and I dare say every single iteration they have came up thus far, including the previous Chrysanthemum pearls, were all darn good. I like the pink cactus one the most, with a hint of honey. Also tried their new Orange Pulp series, and the pulps make it seem like a packeted orange juice from NTUC 😂 it was OK, but I believe the Earl Grey would taste better the Green Teas. Haven't tried all the flavours cos I normally order the Taiwan and SG milk teas, and I honestly couldn't tell any difference. One is supposed to be more milky, and if it is, its negligible. I really hate queuing here though. Even if you get to order, you need to find a place to wait for your order, which is almost impossible if you already have to queue to order. This is the only factor I don't drink from them every other day. Update: 3 PEARLS OPTION IS THE BEST!

A staff here at Playmade NEX just provided me superb service. She was soooo patient with me registering as a new member. From a business perspective, she asked me if I am a member. She is helping members to use their membership and/or recruiting member. So I joined. MeiSee is her name. Am so impressed. She was promoting the reusable tumbler and showing me the different “package”/ options. In a way, she helped me made decision some savings and showed me her professionalism of giving customers choices and indirectly allowing savings made from the options. Win-win for both parties. Never once she displayed negative body language, facial expression or tone. Luckily no queue behind me. Else I might not (not sure) witness/experience a genuine, knowledgeable and approachable service. You’ve just gotten a new member and a likely “active” member…. Hope her genuine service /work attitude get recognized by all her colleagues, customers and higher management. Thanks for reading till this point. 😉

In Singapore, this is one of my favorite BBT brands! My favorite drink from the store is yakult green tea with pink cactus pearls. The pearls are chewy and flavorful, which really goes well with the tea! I am extremely grateful for the numerous flavoring options for pearls, such as grape, which is only available during specific seasons.

Ordered the new chrysanthemum milk tea and it was really nice and I really love it. It’s a bit sweet and great for those who have a sweet tooth. Can order 50% sugar for a start. Chrysanthemum pearls was really pretty and chewy, can see the flower petals inside. It also lives up to its name! Really can taste the chrysanthemum flower flavour.
