Went to NEX outlet New York skin for first trial and it was a horrible experience. They keep mentioning that my skin condition is very terrible to the extent that I must fix it instantly with their package 1. Believed and bought the package 1 but after the second session they came up with a new excuse mentioning another skin issue, die die also have to purchase another package. She keep hard sell by saying that she,s giving me special promotion ( only can be purchased by today if not no more promotion) I constantly reject her, she even message me say I lie to her and disappoint her. I honestly told her about my financial condition but she just laugh it off. Now I just want to book an appointment with her to finish off the rest of my package but she refuse to reply my WhatsApp and ghosted me. I’m lost and felt scam, tried to explain that a 30 session $10k package is not within my means. I really hope there is a solution to this matter but oh well……

The service here is good. My consultant really wants the best for my skin and makes customizations according to my skin. However, whenever she introduce me new packages and I rejected, she seemed forceful, which is not a very good experience for me. I am a full time student, with some of my free time as a part time earning a little bit of income, but I hope they can understand that if I say no to signing a new package, please kindly refrain from convincing me to sign. Money is tight on me and I understand that my consultant would want the best for my skin at affordable student prices for me since I’m a student, but when I say no to a new package that is being introduced to me, please respect my decision and response. Doesn’t seem nice to force your customers in this kind of situation. Another thing is, if they recommend me to pay monthly using the atome app, shouldn’t they know very clearly about how the app works before introducing it to their customers? I made payment for the package that I sign on the atome app (as introduced by my consultant) but unfortunately, I made payment late for the month of Feb and atome tried deducting the amount from my bank but was declined due to insufficient funds. However, there was a day when atome sent me a notification telling me that they have received the amount successfully and I was shocked because I remember clearly that my bank did not have sufficient funds to make the payment, hence I proceeded to check on my bank app and I realized that atome deducted the amount from my bank, causing my bank to have an overdraft amount. When I shared this to my consultant, she was surprised and all she told me was “ oh I didn’t know atome does that “. I’m abit disappointed because I was expecting my consultant to know how the app works, before introducing it to me. Bad experience using the atome app.

I fully entrusted my skin to Stephany. She is very accommodating to my schedule and always tries to fit me into appointment even though sometimes she might have to OT just to fit me in. She is extremely good with her hands, and that for the past year with her, I really see great improvement. I extremely love the detox solution treatment, it not only helped with my face’s water retention, but surprisingly helped me with my migraine too. I cannot say how much more satisfied I can get.
