First time visiting this nail salon and I’m super impressed! The nail artist was professional and attentive, and her design recommendations were spot-on. I felt completely at ease letting her take creative control. The space is clean, cozy, and relaxing, and the products they use feel high-quality. I absolutely love how my nails turned out — they’re so photogenic! Already booked my next appointment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful nails and a great experience!

Worst nail experience in my life. As someone who does gel nails monthly, I had to last minute urgently get them removed and went to this place, complete regret. Fully scammed, poor quality service, money focused enterprise. No skill and care for customers at all. You can see from the picture how badly they removed my nails to the point the drill marks are left over, charged an extra $5 to cut nails and ‘file’ - which she basically did for no more than 2 minutes. In Bugis street nail shops they are so meticulous, patient and care for the health of your nails, being such a big company Nail Palace has none of these traits. Not worth your money at all. Terrible service. Paid $28 for this.

I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon! Jacqueline was highly skilled, attentive, and very detail-oriented. She listened carefully to what I wanted and offered great suggestions based on her professional experience. The whole service was relaxing and comfortable. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be coming back.

Stay away from this SCAM place!
They deserve zero stars!
I have bought alot of packages and due to other outlets' poor service and closure of outlets I had to resort to NEX which is most convenient for me.
Every single time I am at NEX I had to explain myself over and over again:
1) my choice of Classic pedi instead of Gel.
2) my choice of not topping up for add-on service or products
3) my heel was due to skin condition disnosed by a skin specialist, and I don't need to purchase any of your products
4) my choice of having lotion AND massage (which is supposed to be default) but your staff just kept quiet skipping it and shortchanged me.
When I asked, they will find excuses like "coz not everyone likes sticky lotion or some customer slipped and fell due to slippery lotion".
I have done mani pedi for more than 2 decades and never had a poor quality base coat (which I did at AMK outlet causing yellow nails) I have clarified with a Doctor and another nail therapist who confirmed poor quality of base coat causing yellow stain on my nails.
I have never heard of leaving classic OPI color only for 1 week and needs to be removed after a week, hence pushing me to buy Gel package. I have been going for Pedi appointment regularly 3 weeks interval for over 2 decades and never had any issues with staining my nails but it only happened to Nail Palace Ang Mo Kio outlet.
Plaza Sin outlet staff Windy use her mouth to blow my nails, which is poor hygiene. More than 3 times she accidently slapped her hand to my wet nails and end up redo whole set and wasted my precious sitting there re-do time again and again.
She over-cut my flesh and end up bleeding. When I question her, she say it was the nail color. After I return home and still bleeding I took a photo and show to the manager. They don't understand my simple English and told me I can return and re-do my set.
I had many unhappiness with your staff standards and quality of getting their jobs done in an efficient manner.
Today your staff at NEX told me she can't see my records coz they shifted to Orchard. I told her I didn't give anyone instructions to transfer to Orchard due to closure of Plaza Sin.
The reason I don't visit Orchard due to rude staff when I called to make appointment, Orchard outlet told me they only have 1 slot available, "take it or leave it coz there are many other customers snatching this slot".
Why should I pay money and get such rude service?
Get your staff to be professional to give customer things that we sign up for and not short-changing by skipping steps. This is not what I signed up for. I want a full refund. I will not hesitate to report to CASE.

I have re-visited Nail Palace NEX to resume my treatment and manicure and pedicure service and the service is as sincere and helpful. Dora and Laura did my manicure amd pedicure and was very gentle and thoughtful to my needs, thank you girls.

Peter and the crew did a mani/pedi for myself and my wife. It was the best service I have ever had. Due to having a later appointment, we were looked after by 7 members at the same time. It was like being treated like royalty! Amazing! Peter did such a great job!
