First time here as I was desperate to get a professional and meticulous haircut to maintaining a mid length hair. Thanks to Mr Eric for the superb cut and randomly chanced upon our local actor Mr Ryan. Overall, it was a good experience and hair wash was comfortably done. Will return to dye or do scalp treatment in future.

Do not come to this place. Person who gave me the haircut, cut TOO short from the reference photo i gave, it is definitely more than 6cm off the photo. She kept gaslighting me saying its the same length and needs styling.
None of the other staff helped me or did anything, they all just stood there act blur. Boss wasn't even around nor did they want to give a refund. Wanted to compensate the haircut with a free gel sample. Only gave a partial refund after i persuaded them. I even asked to see their boss and she kept dodging the question.
Edit: Mystique messaged me with a chatgpt apology, didn't bother to reply. Only AFTER i emailed nex management then they decided to reply (1 week later) and refund me, i'm also pretty sure that they buy 5 star reviews to hide their reputation :) The haircut was also uneven one side longer than the other. i still can't look at myself in the mirror. i feel so ashamed of this haircut and mystique can get away with it.

I've been regularly visiting here for 8 years now and I've never had a terrible experience here. My hairdresser Jason has always been giving me fantastic haircuts and advice to care for my hair. We've also had great conversations and at this point he's more of a friend than another hairdresser. I owe it to them to write a review after providing me fantastic service for nearly a decade now.

Made a bold move today!!
Had my over-the-chest long wavy hair CHOP OFF to shoulder length! Thank God for hairstylist OURIS. Love the new look!! Great attitude, talent and skill. Able to understand the customer wants! Highly recommended:)

Not just me ..but all my close knitted friends are.
From our ex hairstylist (who migrated) to the next hairstylist (who went back homeland) and to our current hairstylist, all are good.
For pricing, the uniqueness comes in the form of 'packages'....
There's hair cut packages, there's colouring packages and also highlight packages. Packages like thses are normal....but in Mystique, there's also CASH packages.
All these packages made the pricing reasonable.
Lastly, of cos all the hairstylists' services and attitudes are on-point.
