Had a very good and efficient experience as we signed up for the 3GBPS plan with router for $38.99/month. We were attended to by Joseph, who was very patient and knowledgable in this field which assured us to subscribe to their plan. Highly recommend people to come now if they are looking to change/subscribe to a broadband.

I was about to give up on recontracting because the telephone customer service isn't really helpful and sent me looping for two days. This is the 2nd time I am writing a review on MyRepublic to be fair to the company. The first time, I’ve rated the company as 1star given the horrible experiences we had from charging fees (relocation and short term plans) to installation service which was terribly managed. The customer service on the phone also had the most lousy attitude. However, 2 days ago, when we encountered problems with our connection (not the fault of MyRepublic), we were pleasantly surprised by the great tech service we received and the tech support on the phone was accessible, friendly and competent. She also followed up with a phone call as promised. Therefore, i do believe the company is trying to improve and it’s working. Hence, I’m rating them a 4star this time round. Keep the improvements coming!
