Had a very good and efficient experience as we signed up for the 3GBPS plan with router for $38.99/month. We were attended to by Joseph, who was very patient and knowledgable in this field which assured us to subscribe to their plan. Highly recommend people to come now if they are looking to change/subscribe to a broadband.

Must give special thanks to Jun Hao for his impeccable, professional, and friendly service. I was about to give up on recontracting because the telephone customer service isn't really helpful and sent me looping for two days. Last resort I came to the store at Nex and Jun Hao settled & explained everything to me quickly, honestly and was super patient. Thanks Jun Hao.

On 28th April 2025. Was visit the the NEX branch for some inquiries. I managed to meet Joseph that a only staff there. He was very helpful and understand my needs. He try his best to solve it. I'm impressed his service for the extra mile. Even i can't provide certain requirements. I'm appreciate his kind and helpful information. Im managed to settled everything. Thank you Joseph and keep up the good service. ☺️

Would like to express my sincerest gratitude to the only staff assisting me approx 6:50pm on 6DEC 2024 Friday. He was patient and extremely professional in his solutions delivery as well as troubleshooting expertise. I was very heartened to visit NEX Republic today and will be sure to continue on the service as long as SLA quality is comparable with today's experience! Unfortunately missed out his name. Friendly, soft spoken and Confident Gentlemen with a determined approach to solve customer needs.

Now it’s 12 pm on Saturday and it’s closed . Should have placed a sign stating staff on toilet break. Waited for 10 minutes before he came back .
