2 retails frantically trying to finish their end day sale report while another busy typing with her phone. All standing behind the cashier counter. Call out loud to them for assistance as I waned to buy 2 products. They looked up ignored me n comtinued chit chat among themselves. i had to call out really loud.l to them. Reluctantly one stsff came out face very unhappy and stared at me. oh wow.. instead of passing me the products to verify to make sure its correct...she literally threw it back the sample lipsticks in the shelves. So i have no clue did she pick the right one. I have to do it myself again. Hey the product is fragile lipsticks. Arent they fragile.. other customers may purchase broken product inside the packaging. Extremely bad attitude n lazy.

Had to pay in cash since total was <$10 (which was fine) but the cashier service was terrible! 2 ladies who were not responsive when I placed the item on the counter. I also tried to give them cash, and they ignored me! Then they shouted at me that they didn’t have 10 cents and asked if they could keep the change (very impolitely). I was shocked! Please train your staff better.

22nd June 7pm, the worker was so rude shouted at me when the item there dropped when i didn't touch it. in fact it was their cardboard design that knocked it down as the design wasn't supported by anything but the item itself and she kept insisting me to pay, when she asked me to show her how it fell so i did and she suddenly feel aggravated and shouted at me saying she was just asking when she was shouting at me to pay. when she was behind the counter she threw her tantrum. Didn't even bother asking nicely about how it happened and when i clearly show her that their design was the problem didn't even bother apologising. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

cashier have a bad attitude, she ask me wants a bag i said yes she give me a big bag charge me .50cents i dont mind paying for that amount even she tell me first .30cents my item box is small, but the thing is she just throw my bag like she is not happy the second customer same thing she did.
