I shared the same bad service as the rest here just 2+ weeks ago. I was on my way to an appointment but unfortunately my shoes broke just immediately when I walked out of the MRT. The nearest shop happened to be Miniso and I thought I can just grab a pair of slippers. Perhaps because it was a weekday noon, the music was so Terribly Loud. It was the volume that you need to raise your voice to be heard. Never had this experience in other branches. I wanted to ask for assistance but I couldn't move without my shoes. I will need to shout if I need help, so I ended up just picking what was available on the shelf. The staff at the cashier was a young chinese lady with long hair. I took small steps towards her and requested to cut the label so that I can wear it now, but I will pay. She asked for me to walk to the counter front but I told her I cannot walk with the slippers tied together. Her attitude showed immediately and handled the scissors to me, pissed. I can finally walk to the counter, I made the payment, she reluctantly swing the receipts in her hand in front of me without looking at me. The 'stuck-up' look in her face...this is SG younger generation's attitude? Self-centred and zero empathy.
