I couldnt understand what they meant at first but staff eventually explained that the limited special drink ran out so I need to choose other flavors. Process was quick. Requested 0%sugar but it was still too sweet, probably from the toppings. Sadly cup isnt as durable as the genshin collab, the bottom part quickly started breaking down, it became puffed out as the liquid started seeping through. Iirc bought the genshin one in this stall too and staff wasnt as friendly at that time.

I recently discovered that this stall has received unfavorable reviews lately. However, my honest feedback is positive regarding the crew's gratitude for waiting, despite the longer-than-usual wait. In contrast, crews from other stalls display serious attitudes towards customers.

9 March 2025 – Bought a milk tea with pearls today, and both my husband and I ended up with a bad tummy ache after sharing the drink. Please look into the hygiene and ingredients to ensure food safety & prevent this from happening to others.:(

26/12/2024. Bought 2 green milk tea with pearl, nothing special or anything, but waited 50 minutes, almost an entire hour for these two cups. there was MINIMAL crowd, and they also messed up other's orders too. they only started preparing mine AFTER i asked them about my drinks which was already 30+ mins in. in the end, was late for my important event. please train your staff better. thank you.

ordered via app for pick up, was given coffee straw for my drink with pearls :/ only realised when i reached basement level and had to head back up to level 4 to change my straw cus i dont have bbt straw at home lol it wasnt even busy when i picked up my drink 😭 …

USING EXPIRED COCONUT MILK, HAS BEEN RAIDED BY SFA AND FINED. NO CHANGES MADE. PS the usage of expired milk is consistent throughout all outlets, it is apart of their policy, hope this makes you rethink drinking Liho. Abusing part-time staff, especially minors/students. Making them work full-timer schedules (60hrs/wk) without full-time benefits. Looking for a job? Try out Koi or Gong Cha, definitely will get better treatment there. Ditch part time staff alone in stores to do closing despite supposed policy stating that only full-timers are allowed to do closing. Full-timers at this outlet are terrible, only good at slacking (in the back). No wonder you are facing a shortage of staff and nobody wants to work at NEX outlets. Do better.

I love bubble tea and LiHO, but this branch can be very busy and there are only two people working. So you have the wait a very long time for even just one cup. And now I look over the counter and see my bubble tea just sitting there, with no one even acknowledging that it is there.
