Brown sugar pearl fresh milk tea was horrible, the milk tea has no taste, just tasted like plain milk and pearl. There was no taste of brown sugar, went to inquire after that was just met with a “nothing we can do” and they just added normal sugar. The drink was an absolutely disappointment, I think it’s just this outlet. Horrendous. Wasted my money

0 stars. Cashier was quit ignorant and left halfway taking my order. Kept asking us if could pay with card even though I asked to pay by cash. In the end, got the wrong drink, correct label but wrong drink. 🤷‍♀️ Service is bad! 🤦‍♀️ …

Super upset. I got 2 LIHO drinks with pearl and their pearl was so hard and gross. I went back to complain they gave me new one with the brown sugar black pearl and it was even more disgusting. It had a sour taste. Never getting LIHO from here again.

Horrendous pearls. Paid $8+ for 2 drinks and their pearls were so hard. Then when I went back to change they said it’s normal and I asked to change to black sugar pearls. When I got the drink it was even more atrocious. It was so sour and if I get food poisoning I will sue 😤😤😤
