Heads-up: If you’re getting your specs fixed at Lenskart, be prepared to wait a while!
I’ve usually had good experiences here — the staff is polite and the service overall is solid. But the last time I visited to get my glasses repaired, I ended up waiting nearly an hour, which felt a bit excessive for a basic fix. It was especially tough since I couldn’t see properly without them, so walking around “blind” for that long wasn’t fun.
It’d be great if they could speed up minor repairs or at least give a better estimate of the wait time.
Still, they do offer a wide selection and the staff is generally helpful. Just don’t come here in a rush if you need something done on the spot.
Update! The only branch that knows their policies well and always serve with a smile!

the service here is pretty dismal, i visited twice; once to order a lens replacement for my glasses and again to pick up the glasses. both times, no one approached me to assist me, i instead stood around for a good few minutes and eventually had to approach a staff member myself (the store was not crowded during either of my visits). all staff members i spoke to were very curt, unfriendly and impersonal. so vastly different from the service you get at owndays, where all staff members readily approach you & are very cheerful! giving 3 stars because the glasses were ready quite quickly, though the estimated waiting time upon my order was much longer than i anticipated and it was only after i clarified with a staff member that i was informed that the estimated waiting time is usually much longer than in actual.

I was attended to by Max to get my progressive + transition lenses for my Oakley frame. Firstly, the price is unbeatable at $375 for 1.67 thinness lens with less distortion. So, there is no need to go JB because the cheapest quote i got from JB was S$800+ 😮
Max is so meticulous. He kept adjusting my frame until it fits perfectly. Overall, very good customer and user experience. Highly recommended!

they warned me that it will not be covered under warranty if anything happens but I was ok. so they fixed it for me for free! super nice about it, fast service 👍 …

I enjoyed my entire experience with Lenskart. When I entered the store, I approached the staff named Wilfred Koh to order 2 pairs of spectacles. He greeted my partner and me with a warm smile and offered his services to us.
Throughout his entire time, he was very gentle and informative. He was also very patient with us during the payment process. Of all the staff members including other retail stores that I have encountered this year, Wilfred really stood out the most. I even asked for his name so that I could write a good review for him. If you guys are visiting Lenskart, Nex, be sure to look out for him!

I would like to highly commend Wilfred Koh for his service on 11 Jun 2025. My partner and I had visited the shop just a day ago and did our eye checks and chose our frames but failed to get it done due to time constraints. So, we decided to return the next day.
We were served by a different staff this time - Wilfred - as compared to the lady who served us the day before. And immediately, his service really stood out. He was gentle and polite in his demeanour, soft-spoken yet spoke to us in a very informative way. He put in his utmost effort to help us whenever we had questions and tried his best to get us the best deal. He knew most things well when prompted as well. And throughout the encounter, my partner and I felt very satisfied with his service and his smiley jovial demeanour.
My partner and I left the shop thoroughly impressed by his service and both commented on it without being influenced by one another. With a passing statement by my partner that he wanted to write a good review for him, I suggested that we return to get his name so we could write this review. We are so pleased that we were doing this review from our hearts and not because he asked as well (which would either leave a sour taste in our mouth as we wrote something that was the bare minimum, or we’d pretend to write it but go home and not do so).
Please look for Wilfred Koh when you visit lenskart at NEX! A really helpful staff whom all service staff should learn from. And to lenskart management, you should be promoting people like Wilfred!

Range of products is fairly wide and in trend.
Service by Rawi was exceptional, welcoming and warm, gave good advice on products fitting our needs, very patient in sorting out our orders, going beyond in accommodating our requests.
Jacky was great with his technical knowledge and we are very confident in the eye tests he conducted for us. He went the extra mile to adjust and clean my existing pair of spectacles when he noticed that I was having issues with them.
Looking forward to getting our new spectacles!
