Came on a weekend evening, it’s not very crowded. Join 2 years membership for $30 to enjoy 1 for 1 yearly. Price is reasonable for 2 pairs of Blu Lens glasses at $300. I’m served by 2 staffs and both are very friendly, professional and not pushy at all. Will recommend Lenskart as compare to other competitors.

Good customer service. Friendly and very helpful. Look for Jacky when you are here! We took our own sweet time choosing the frames but he is patient enough to share his knowledge and experience. Thank you!

visited this outlet on 12June 3pm to get some glasses hook replacements and to check if my glasses were levelled on my face. the female staff (didnt get her name :”))who attended to me was very meticulous in adjusting my glasses for me, and the the glasses sits really tightly and comfortably on my face. thank you so much : )

Bought 1-for-1 progressive lens glasses which came with detachable sunshade clip ons. Very happy with the outcome as the 1.76 index Tokai brand lenses were really thin. I was served by Jacin & Alvin at Nex mall. Superb service by the lovely staff.

Purchased their lens replacement voucher and headed down on 8th July for eye test. Lens was ready on 11th July and collected on 12th July. I would like to appreciate the staff on duty, Qin Li, for her friendliness and patience during my visit on 8th July and making it a pleasant experience! 😁 Would definitely change my lenses with lenskart again !! 🤩🤩
