This outlet fills to the brim with ice. Paying $5+ for premium items only to have 70% ice. Just look at this. I even specified Less Ice. Give your business elsewhere, KOI standards slipping due to loyal customer base.

I asked the service staff if my drink and topping is correct and they said yes. I paid for orh nee milk tea which is more expensive, but my drink is just iced green tea. I am disappointed because I checked with the staff before I left, and they said it is right. I wasted my money over this mistake

Disappointed with the recent opaque SG60 red cups. Ordered the buckwheat milk tea with buckwheat chew chew, little ice. Although this new brew tasted great, there wasn't much chew chew and when I finished my drink, I realised there was 1/4 cup of ice left! (Does that mean "less ice" would be 1/2 cup ice & "normal ice" would be >1/2 cup?? 😬) Please don't give less topping and more ice just because the cups are opaque.

I recently visited a bubble tea shop and wanted to share my experience. While the drinks were delicious and the overall atmosphere was pleasant, I encountered a significant issue. The plastic cups used for the bubble tea were quite thin, and unfortunately, one of them burst while I was on my way home. This was quite inconvenient and messy, which affected my overall satisfaction with the visit. I hope the shop considers using sturdier materials for their cups in the future to prevent such incidents.

Nice yogurt ice cream but have to wait very long (unlike heytea ice cream can skip the drinks queue)

Extremely disappointed that koi changed the grass jelly recipe.. it's no longer the soft one that i grew up with. But the usual grass jelly that you can get anywhere else. It's now called grass jelly Q or something. I asked if it tastes the same.. the workers there told me don't worry the taste is the same. Just the shape of it... Totally got lied to.. i went to tell them it tastes totally different.. but they did nothing about it. Oh well. Classic example of "if something works. Don't change it" i was willing to pay extra for it because they grass jelly was what made koi special for me... but guess i won't be drinking koi anymore..

Pretty bad experience. Went in places an order at 2:56pm, only collected the drink at 3:20pm. Stood there with bags and laptop for 25 mins to wait for one cup of drink. Store manager was unfriendly and unforgiving in his communication. Ermmmmm, just for a 5 dollars drink.

Fast and efficient despite the busy traffic. The five self ordering kiosks is really easy to use and no frills. Order using the KOI card and it's indeed faster

There is always long queue but have a fast quick service. My favourite cafe place. I often buy a drink there.

Love Koi’s free drinks during birthday month! Any 2 drinks of your choice. My usual go to Oolong Milk Tea 50% less less pearls or Tea Macchiato! Big kudos to the staff too, super fast in making drinks and very organised despite the large crowd.

I recently tried the yuzu oolong milk tea drink from KOI at NEX mall, and I must say it really hit the spot. The drink has a refreshing citrusy note from the yuzu that pairs nicely with the subtle floral fragrance of oolong tea, making it both flavorful and incredibly thirst quenching — perfect for Singapore’s humid weather. I also decided to try their yogurt ice cream, but honestly, it was quite average. The texture and taste didn’t really stand out compared to what you’d expect from other specialty dessert places, so it’s probably not something I’d order again. What I do appreciate, though, is how well-managed this KOI outlet is. Despite the steady crowd, the staff work efficiently and maintain consistent service standards. It makes the whole experience pleasant, whether you’re just grabbing a quick drink.

Bought 2 cups of bubble milk tea but my clumsy hand dropped both cups and completely splatter everything on the floor. A koi staff saw what happened and told us to go back to the shop to get 2 new ones. We hesitated because it was my own fault and he kindly took our empty cups and made for us 2 new cups. Thank you very much for the very kind gesture and goodwill.
