Dear Kin Teck Tong Team, I’d like to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to your clinic, which was a mix of both disappointment and appreciation. I had booked a last-minute 40-minute Tui Na session at 8:00 PM, but due to an unexpected traffic jam, I only arrived at the carpark at 8:20 PM. During my drive, I received three calls from the receptionist regarding my lateness. I explained that I was caught in traffic and requested to switch to a 20-minute session instead. Upon arriving at the clinic, I was informed that the originally assigned therapist had decided to leave and would not proceed with the shortened treatment. Given that the clinic’s operating hours are until 9:00 PM, I was quite surprised and disappointed, especially since I had made the effort to come despite the delay and was experiencing significant back discomfort. That said, I truly appreciate the receptionist’s effort in arranging for another therapist, Cindy, to assist me. Her initiative helped salvage the situation and made a meaningful difference to my experience. I hope you’ll take this feedback constructively. While I was grateful for the support I eventually received, the multiple calls while driving and the initial refusal to proceed with the session were quite stressful. I believe clearer communication and greater flexibility could help improve the experience for future patients. Thank you for your attention.

I have balance of credits that was call to informed to be expired on 13th May . But when i go to store to check the staff told me was 10th instead so i can’t do anything for my balance credit. It’s not much to the shop but is still hard earned money. I am very disappointed on the service where i previously credited few hundred for the service but now they will not allowed me for “one day late” to claim the balance credit despite i got informed another date. I will not use their service anymore.

if I could rate this place a 0 I absolutely would. Do not visit this place. This was truly the worst TCM clinic I have ever seen. Poor treatment, poor service and extremely poor staff. They did not inform my mother that they would be doing an electric acupuncture, phrasing it as a regular acupuncture. My question is, where is the transparency? Isn't it your job as a doctor to make sure your patients fully understand what it going on? How can you call this a "regular acupuncture" when you are actually using electric currents to treat her? It is ridiculous that she only found out about the treatment while she was in the midst if it. They also left my mother alone in the room while she was receiving treatment, causing her to suffer without being able to tell anyone for a long time. Is the clinic so busy that you can leave a patient unattended while they are receiving treatment? What if the patient encounters any issues? There was no way for my mother to seek help even though she was suffering. This clinic is irresponsible, and the lack of care for their patients makes me worried for all patients receiving treatment there. She ended up feeling nauseous and dizzy, had cold sweat and even vomited. Yet they insisted on making her pay for the full treatment. By the way, it was not cheap, and she did not even finish the treatment because she was so unwell. So please tell me why the clinic thought it was still reasonable for them to receive payment for this? The staff were also extremely rude, ignoring my mother during payment even though she was unwell and needed assistance. My mother was so unwell that we had to visit another clinic to receive help after all the turmoil they put her through. I do not recommend this clinic at all. If you care about your loved ones, yourself and your health, don't risk it. They do not care about the wellbeing of their patients and seem extremely money-hungry with everything they do. I can understand that some treatments may not suit every person, but the lack of transparency, compassion, patience and accountability makes me furious. Will never patronise this place again, and I urge you to think twice before you do.

Clearly disappointed at the service rendered. Therapist was rushing through the tuina, was rough and trying to sell the electric and acupuncture during the tuina. My shoulder sprain got worse after the tuina, and I truly regretted heading to this outlet. The overall experience just did not justify the so-called premier branding this outlet is marketing as. Not too sure whether the therapist is experienced enough as she said she only been in KTT less than a year but truly what a poor service given by her. The in-charge or manager at the counter could only apologise sheepishly for the poor service and experience. Should throughly look into the works of their therapist and review. Otherwise you are losing a lot of clients.

Had booked a body massage via phone for an hour massage today . The recommended was a lady whom they commended was good. However when I went there it was a male massage therapist but when I enquirer about it , I was informed that the lady therapist was no good and after looking g through my past records, they said I had taken a male therapist before and hence they decided the male therapist for me. I told them I was not informed about the change and told them I want to keep to the lady therapist, they asked me to wait as they need to book. No apologies provided and I cancel the appointment. Kin Teck Tong could have retrieved the call records and re-listened to the phone conversation. You never apologies for your mistake . Will not patronised this shop again

*Massage session* •Worst Massage experience I had ever received!! •She started wz Asking friendly question n Question & talking n Talking....all thru out massage of 60mins. •There is NO STEPS nor Sequences in her strokes. •Bcz,she was talking....she hardly deliver any Efforts into break my Muscles-Knots,Transporting the Fluids towards the direction of our body draining system. •I came for a sore muscle and I went home with the same sore muscle. •混口饭吃 I think this is what I experienced with this Massage Therapist. •Now I will not trust Kin Teck Tong. •Having charged $95 is a very Hi-End-Expensive service for a 60mins massages. And this is that kind of assurance I get from. •I would had expected a Professional TCM way of Massage approach such as: Meridian & Pressure Points, Deep tissues manoeuvre in order to help transport away the sore muscles and the fluids that is over produced resulted by inflammation...etc. •People pls stay far far far away from them.
