Landing mat at the base of slide is a tripping hazard and very slippery when wet. Saw several kids trip or slip over that. More shading can be provided. Changing rooms need proper doors and locks for security. Some people walk into water play area with footwear which is unhygienic.

This place is an absolute 2 star . First of all there are no pools but I am a swimmer . Secondly the slides are short and I am also a thrill seeker but other than that is worth being free to go and play .

Went there at 11+ and the place was already packed. Wish that the area could have sprinkle more water as certain areas was very hot and the slide was hard to slide down coz my kid was wet but the slide no water. Changing rooms only 2 n there were no shower facilities.

The newly reopened water playground is awesome! So many things for the kids to do and spacious enough to hold quite a few kids! Also has a changing area. There’s also a small dry playground by the side for those who don’t want to get wet FYI Security guards do come to close the playground when it rains for safety reasons. But nex please do consider opening the playground earlier on weekends! Kids are the first to wake up and by 11 they are bouncing off the walls! (Or about to nap…)

FREE WATER PLAYGROUND! Located at the top floor of the mall NEX at Serangoon. So much fun here. Recommendable to spend time here if you have a toddler. Free water playground for kids! It's really great here and have a security around for safety. Don't wear your slippers at the playground.

A good place for kids from 5 to 12 years. Bring the swimming suite, towel and spare clothes. There is a small room for changing, but no toilet. No footwear beyond the border of the rubber floor area. Ideal for sunny or hot days. Closed during rainy hours for safety reason.

The kidz play area in the Nex mall is a boon for parents with small kids in areas in and around Serangoon . It is open on all days and is a convenient time pass . Kids love the play area. It is well maintained and the facility is free of charge . It has several benches for parents to have a time together and spend time together , when kids enjoy playing in the water .

The water playground is a fantastic spot for kids to cool off and have fun with its various water features like fountains, sprayers, and splash zones. My toddler loves running around and interacting with the water jets, and it's always a joy to see children enjoying themselves. However, there are a couple of drawbacks. The area can get quite hot, especially during midday, as there's limited shade. It’s best to visit in the early morning or late afternoon to avoid the peak heat. Another concern is that some parents allow their kids to wear shoes in the water, which is not only against the rules but also a safety hazard. A little more attention to this by staff or signage enforcement would make the experience safer for everyone. Overall, it's a great place for a splash-filled day, but a few improvements could make it even better!

This is one of the safe and best free water play areas for babies and toddlers. Kids love having a splashing time here at the water fountains and the water guns. This place never gets over-crowded even during the weekends. The one drawback is there is only one changing room near this play area. There is a dry play area with slides and climbing structures within this water play area

Super fun for 3yo onwards. Slides were a little fast and steep, but added to the thrill. My girl loved the water trampoline too. Other than the lack of shower facilities, this place is great!
