Did my IPL treatment here and I’m really happy with the experience. The staff were gentle and explained everything clearly, which made me feel at ease. Really happy with the IPL here! I saw results after just 2 sessions. The therapist is super nice and knows what she’s doing. No need to book, just walk in anytime. They don’t try to sell you extra stuff, which I really appreciate. And I always get a little freebie like tissues or sticky notes after each visit. Chill and easy experience—highly recommend!

- Japan IPL has many outlets in Singapore - Clean environment (the staff will show that they cleaned the tools before starting) - the staff will make you feel comfortable during the sessions - They won't really push me to sign up for the package or promotion

The person who did my IPL was very thorough with the explanation especially when they were starting with the treatment. They were checking to see if I was comfortable and did not receive any pains during the treatment. Right after they gave me further explanation on what my aftercare will be

been at the nex outlet for two sessions (usually at another outlet) and the staff is very friendly and patient. process was very fast and smooth! before i started the ipl i was actually worried about the results, but after the third or fourth session could already see improvements. as someone with 0 pain tolerance it does hurt (plus my hair is on the thicker side) but no pain no gain :”) definitely will recommend 👍🏻

On my third/fourth session of hair removal and I’m already seeing results! Hair definitely grows back slower and I throughly enjoyed the service provided at NEX. I have been to many Japan IPL outlets and the best thing is their standardized service across all outlets. Not one outlet is better than the other and service is great! Therapists are well trained and provide good care. I've seen great results and will continue to visit! No hard sell too and therapists are not pushy. Highly recommended!
