Did my IPL treatment here and I’m really happy with the experience. The staff were gentle and explained everything clearly, which made me feel at ease. The process was quick and not as uncomfortable as I expected. I’ve started seeing results and my skin feels smoother already. Looking forward to the next session!

Really happy with the IPL here! I saw results after just 2 sessions. The therapist is super nice and knows what she’s doing. No need to book, just walk in anytime. They don’t try to sell you extra stuff, which I really appreciate. And I always get a little freebie like tissues or sticky notes after each visit. Chill and easy experience—highly recommend!

- Japan IPL has many outlets in Singapore - Clean environment (the staff will show that they cleaned the tools before starting) - the staff will make you feel comfortable during the sessions - They won't really push me to sign up for the package or promotion

1st time trying Japan IPL Express.. experience is very comfortable.. the room is clean and served by Ms Jaen at Nex outlet.. She is very professional and answeee my queries with knowledge.. highly recommend visiting them. Thank you.

First time trying out Japan IPL at Nex and the registration process was very smooth. Was a very good experience trying out the trilight treatment and I felt it had instant brightening effect post treatment. I signed up for a package after this first treatment, very worth now cause of the promotion they are running. Thanks!

The person who did my IPL was very thorough with the explanation especially when they were starting with the treatment. They were checking to see if I was comfortable and did not receive any pains during the treatment. Right after they gave me further explanation on what my aftercare will be

Nice, cozy place to visit. I like this type of arrangement. No appointment made in advance. So if I can make it. I just go visit Japan IPL anytime of my free day.

been at the nex outlet for two sessions (usually at another outlet) and the staff is very friendly and patient. process was very fast and smooth! before i started the ipl i was actually worried about the results, but after the third or fourth session could already see improvements. as someone with 0 pain tolerance it does hurt (plus my hair is on the thicker side) but no pain no gain :”) definitely will recommend 👍🏻

On my third/fourth session of hair removal and I’m already seeing results! Hair definitely grows back slower and I throughly enjoyed the service provided at NEX. Very nice, no hard sell, still got freebie, really happy with the service. I also have been recommending to my friends! *made a little post to send to my friends to use (see pictures). Thank you JapanIPL for the good service hope that y’all won’t increase prices and continue the good work. ☺️
