We were served by Brandon and he is very professional and helpful with what we needed. Not just that, he took time to answer our queries and even shared with us some additional information that we potentially can consider while making the purchase. Will definitely recommend family/friends to look for Brandon in store.

Was at the shop yesterday and I asked the lady(forgot to ask her name) about the trade in value of my old phone which she proceeded to inform me that i could minus off both the value and another option(which is “for decluttering” )from the total cost of the new phone. And she mentioned to me that the transferring of storage to the new phone would be an extra service charge of $17 which i had re-asked her as “1” and “7” and she said yes. The next day i came by to trade in my phone where i met Ken who was nice enough to explain to me everything slowly and clearly. Although the waiting time was slightly long but at least the transaction was pleasant. I am disappointed at the lack of knowledge from this lady, because i purposely came back to the store thinking that i am paying $600-700 extra because of what she told me, but instead i paid $900+.

Brandon was very friendly and patiently took time to introduce the product and compare the different iphone models at a consumer level. Also listened to my many requests with patience. Highly recommend! Thanks Brandon Ching :)

In this shop,the female staff are very inactive and poor service here ;the different of the male staff are good service presented 。I standing inside infront the earpod side about 15minutes ,unlucky the female staff working today so nobody saw and comes to open the earpods.Remind those customer who want come this shop for any consultation with the staff good luck for you all.

Terrible experience with this store, especially with Ken. I accidentally bought a 13-inch iPad case instead of the 12.9, and called about an exchange. Ken called back, yelled at me, blamed me for the mistake, and was incredibly rude. No refunds or exchanges, and their prices aren’t cheaper than Apple’s. Avoid this place.

Patronised the stall to get an item but unfortunately I was sold a faulty product. Quite upset with the inconveniences as I was told I have to make a trip down to the manufacturer to resolve the issue instead of getting an exchange. The seller did not make the effort to open the item and ensure the product is in working order even when asked on how to use the item. Got even further upset by the followup reply below from their customer service to provide more details when the information above is provided. I do not understand why the consumer has to bear the brunt of report check if the purchased item is in proper working order. Shouldn’t it be the responsibility of both the manufacturer and seller? And also, does the customer service or corporate communications department of Istudio truly loves to copy and paste your responses to consumers on their feedback / complaints / comments?

DO NOT GET SErVED by the middle aged guy in the picture! Super arrogant n horrible attitude. I couldn’t stand him n asked a young chap named Gai Bo to help me. Bought an Ultra 2 n some accessories for my son. Gai Bo was super helpful n helped my son choose. Spent $1500 plus n was glad the sale is awarded to Gai Bo n not the old chap 👌👍
