The food's flavor is quite acceptable. However, the portion sizes, particularly with the set meals, seem rather modest. Furthermore, the pricing appears to be a bit elevated. It is hoped that they might consider increasing the serving sizes in the future.

Today’s visited 2nd June 2025 at 749pm Monday evening & found out that the Chawanmushi has a slight difference in cups so small as compared to my 1st visit on 19 May 2025 at 1243pm the cups were bigger! See the last picture previously given! Does this meant that your restaurant downsize food or no stocks for the cups you provided? There’s a big chucks of chicken meat that wasn’t fully cooked yucks 🤮 Tempura size is inconsistent 1 veggies size big & small I felt scammed. Pls make it standardized! Worse still no cutleries given by the young girl in grey. Hey I paid quite expensive for Tempura 🍤 Yasai. The Philippinos make supervisor was on the mobile phone while working I damn tired 😪 wanted to ask questions he just ignore me!

Worst part , they added the stem of the cabbage in the middle to make the dish portion looked big . Speechless. No need to get in touch with me. I won't eat at the outlets anymore. I am really unhappy because it's my wife's birthday dinner.

Doesn't look like this place is understaffed but they just like to let customers wait? Food took significantly long to be prepared even though it wasn't full house when we came in. Wait staff look experienced too... long wait yet food served isn't piping hot.
d squid dish was ordered last. It's v badly prepared. Rice stuffing was sooo sticky. Not d whole squid was served, as one cld see d squid was sliced. Can't imagine this dish is served this way in a Japanese restaurant. Where's d standard?!
Stood for quite a while at d cashier coz d staff manning d counter was going thro d many food items for another customer to pick up. Yes, strangely not a 2nd staff came to take over until a 3rd customer q behind us. d staff here REALLY like to make customers wait huh...

Seriously, look at how small this box is and how thin these 7 slices of salmon. I felt so scammed. This box for $9. This makes me felt like I am paying for a box of rice. The slices of salmon are so so thin and can even see through!!! I will never buy from ichiban again!

I just looked at the pictures of all reviews. Their meat are really sliced to the thinnest. Can see clearly the beef slices were so thin too. This really make the prices really steep!!
We can get a lot more by paying the same and eat elsewhere 😡

Food quantity is good as usual with prompt service. However, food waiting times can be long. For today, there was a piece of chicken which was slightly raw in my meal which was quite a put off. Upon feedback, the staff did try to offer me a replacement bt I was already too full. Service recovery could be improved as the replacement would not be appropriate.

Food were quite delicious and cooked with good ingredients.
I particularly liked corn sushi, california roll and mixed salad as I like vegetables and they all tasted very fresh.
The table had a bit if sauce stain when we were seated but the waitress quickly wiped clean when we pointed out.
Green tea, both hot and cold, has unlimited refill.
We went on Saturday lunch time and didn’t need to queue.
