The pharmacist (wei jie) on duty on 14 March 2024 is so so good. After knowing my long term medical records, she was so patient to explain to me the concern she has for the medicine I requested. She educated me the ingredients she’s concern about. How it will affect me & was very good in giving alternatives. All the while smiling & patient & clear. Never annoyed with my string of questions. I’m impressed with her dedication. Thank you so much. 🥰

The two cashiers spent a long time attending to two customers with refunds or exchange and were oblivious to the long Q. I asked a nearby staff if she could open another cashier counter and she was more than happy to do so. I then told one of the earlier cashiers seeing the long Q, she should have called for additional help or asked the customers with refunds to form one queue and free up one counter for the other customers, and she just gave me a blank look. Totally no initiative. Terrible customer service! Would have given one star but the third Indian cashier saved them. The management should bring in auto-pay kiosks, like Watsons.

Visited the store on Tuesday and saw the promotional tag on the shelf that’s why decided to buy some. However when making payment at the cashier, cashier said promotion was over last Sunday. It has been 2 days yet the promotional tag wasn’t removed so whose fault was it? Yet the store manager didn’t want to honour the discount. Shame on being a reputable company. There are better places to buy from then yours.

Came here on 19.5.22 @ 11.20 am to purchase gastric discomfort medication. A lady pharmacist attended to me. I appreciate her professionalism and knowledge, and the patience while explaining the medicines to me. Her customer service skills is commendable too.

Pharmacist in this outlet are never friendly and often unhelpful. Instead of finding out the problem, they simply reply with flat tone to turn customer away. Guardian should send them for counselling.
