Pharmacist is very helpful and available during their working hours.Love the new self checkout counter too.
Giving three stars because there is this old Chinese aunty in full black attire (working as a promoter) always walking around trying to promote her stuff and diss other company products even own guardian’s products. Really ruined my shopping experience. Had to shoo her away all the time.

While talking to the pharmacist about a non-prescription drug, his colleague helped to tack the drug for us. When we were at the cashier, she informed us that there are offers for the wet tissue. This is normal practice for them. The best part is she went to get the correct balm oil which I took wrongly. That is going out of the box.

I highly recommend checking in with Trainee Pharmacist Nizam at the Pharmacy Counter. He is patient and attentive when I shared with him my health concerns. He asked important questions that allow me to understand my situation and provided useful information for each kind of drugs recommended so I can make an informed purchase decision. Even though I did not purchase anything during my visit, this good experience definitely encourages me to return to Guardian Nex for my future pharmaceutical needs. Thank you Nizam for your professional and excellent service. All the best!

A dedicated service staff - Santhia.
I went to buy Ensure at Guardian NEX this evening and couldn't find my favourite strawberry flavor and asked a service staff if it is available. She immediately told me that she still had a can and took it from the storage box. I was impressed by her good memory. While I was waiting in line to pay, I suddenly saw the travel underwear, but I couldn't find the size I wanted. I asked another service staff, hoping that she could help me with the right size, but she couldn't find it either. She then asked Santhia, and again Santhia showed her the right section and gotten the right size for me. I'm totally impressed by her professionalism. Thanks Santhia.

I visited the outlet to browse around and check out their sales and promotions on 3 March.
The atmosphere and ambiences was totally very unpleasant and unwelcoming. All I heard upon entering was chattering and laughter of Promoters ( At the Health & Wellness Section )
This was really upsetting and made me not want to pay a visit here again.
The overwhelming numbers of promoters here is already ridiculous. They do not have to worsen our experiences visiting here by making noises, blocking our ways and even talking in front of my face when I walked past and asked for them to give way.
Please Address this Issues, the Guardian team.
I really understand that they can talk and interact to one another, but not to the point it makes a customer like Myself not want to pay a visit here ever again.

I should have read the reviews before my visit. I asked the pharmacist for a hydrocortisone cream for treating hemorrhoids and she promoted different herbal cream without hydrocortisone. I eventually insisted of having hydrocortisone cream and she handed me a skin hydrocortisone cream which stated NOT to be used for hemorrhoids. I'm not sure how she gained her uni degree.

I was there over the weekend and they don't bother me even we are trying out many moisture samples. Some samples ran out. There are attractive offers and they host road shows to make sure you know they have great discounts. Prices are reasonable and products are attractive. Pharmacy is very useful.

Big outlet and its range of products very comprehensive. Only downside is the sales assistants. Generally they try to be helpful but maybe let the customers come to you if they cannot find what they need.

The young petite Chinese lady pharmacist is really helpful. I was there at 8.30 pm to buy any cream or medicine that can help my open wound from gout. She advised without bias views and I was convinced with her advice. Thank you so much! Kudos to your professionalism!

DO NOT VISIT GUARDIAN at Nex.
I visited Guardian at Nex mall today, 10 July 2024 between 6pm - 7.20pm. I would like to give some feedback regarding my shopping experience.
There were three promoters (2 named Jasmine - Avene, Talika/SVR), and the last promoter is from Uriage. The Uriage and promoter from Talika/SVR were extremely rude in their approach towards me, as a customer. I did not request for any help with any products nor make any eye contact, yet they approach me, without asking me first if I needed any help.. The Talika/SVR promoter simply pointed to my mask product in my hand, never address me despite not knowing her personally, commented in a rude manner as though I was in a wet market, advising not to buy this product, and instead, buy the Talika mask because my face has pimples. The Avene promoter in fact made a expression to the Talika/ SVR promoter, as a receiver, I interpreted it as a “cynical” expression, before commenting that my reaction is weird to the promoter.
The Uriage promoter also did not address me and went on to comment that my face is like that, I should use these products. Before she could continue, I stopped her.
Addressing a person to get their attention is basic respect and courtesy! Furthermore, they would make judging remarks acting as though they are dermatologists in a bid to push you to get their products.
The attitude of the promoters stationed at Guardian is really appalling. I don’t even expect any good customer service from Guardian at all. But yet, I cannot even shop in peace!
The number of promoters in Guardian is extremely irritating when the store gets crowded. It is really not even necessary at all.
