My friend wanted to go get an ear piercing and a staff asked which side of the ear lobe. My friend couldn’t hear her due to the staff mumbling behind her mask so my friend asked if she could repeat herself. The staff then repeated in a rude and louder tone. I really wonder how impatient one can be. My friend also called the store a day before and no one answered. Neither did the store leave a message. The staff claimed to be busy… I don’t see how they are so busy with this little business. I am sure not all staff are like this one but this is my review after this encounter

Took a cab down today to rush before the mall close as I wanted to purchase a diamond ring. Upon reaching the outlet, 3 female staff is attending to other customers. All just pretend as if they cannot see me and not giving me any eye contact (trying to avoid me) even though I am standing in front of them. They don’t even bother to check with me anything or tell me to wait for awhile more for them to finish with the current customer until I approached one of the staff to ask. Totally unprofessional and pissed off they pretending like I doesn’t exist. Will NEVER visit this outlet again

I recently had an unpleasant experience at Nex Goldheart with a sales associate named Amanda. I came in specifically to ask for a cleaning and polishing service for my diamond bracelet and ring. I approached Amanda after the previous customer she was serving had left, and noticed she was smiling and engaging warmly with that customer. However, when I approached her, her demeanor immediately changed. Her first question was whether my items were from Goldheart, to which I replied yes. She then took my items to inspect them but walked off without informing me how long the service would take or providing any additional information. While I waited, she didn’t make any effort to engage with me or suggest any products, which I found disappointing. After about 5 minutes, she returned, put the bracelet on me, but the clasp wasn’t properly fastened. There was no further communication or attempt to ensure the service was completed to satisfaction. I've had my diamond bracelet cleaned and polished at Goldheart before, and this was by far the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experience I’ve had. If Amanda wasn’t willing to offer the service, I would have preferred her to let me know upfront rather than giving me such a lackluster experience. I also couldn’t help but wonder if my appearance or the fact that I wasn't purchasing anything contributed to her attitude. It’s disheartening to feel like I’m not valued as a customer, especially when visiting a brand like Goldheart. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve customer service in the future.

Is it a crime to think and make decision before buying anything? I had an extremely disappointing experience with a female staff (Amanda) on the evening of 10/3/2025. While browsing the jewelry section, I was interested in an item that was unavailable in-store. The staff offered to pre-order it for me but insisted I make a purchase first, as it was the last one. When I requested to try the pre-order item before buying, she responded with a sulky attitude and kept pushing me to purchase, claiming it would fit perfectly and was the last one. Her unprofessional attitude led me to reconsider buying the item. After I told her I would think it over, she visibly lost her smile, and without further interaction, walked away to attend to other matters.
