I really had a wonderful and great experience with Iverson @ Nex, purchased a pair of earrings and a ring to pamper myself. He was super helpful and patience in helping me to find the jewellery that suits me. Am also looking for a small stud earrings which he don't have it in the store, needs time to see which outlet have it. The moment I leave the store, Elaine from Compassone texted me and she have it there. Iverson, you super efficient 👍👍👍👍👍 Am very satisfied with his excellent service and also Elaine, not hard seller and pushy, always gave me ample space to make decision. Even if I did not purchase anything, they still served me with utmost sincerity... 👍👍 The both of you deserves recognition in your work ethics and enthusiam. Goldheart Jewellery is really fortunate to have such dedicated staff. Thanks Iverson and Elaine for your great service.

Came to Goldheart @ Nex to look for 四点金 with my fiancé and my mother in law. We were served by Kevin. He was very patient with us throughout the whole selection process and was very helpful to recommend designs that we were interested in. In conclusion, we bought our 四点金 on the same day + more. Money happily spent.

Initially went here just to see with friends as we are looking for a bday gift~ A staff approached me warmly, his name is Kevin Khoh, very friendly and welcoming, not pushy at all, you know that ‘pressured’ feelin. This guy has a Good vibes and making me comfortable so I just share with him that, I was thinking to upgrade my gold ring, so I asked if they do exchange and so on, he took my ring which was.. kinda oval shaped, no longer round, I guess overtime I knocked the table.. He weighted, quoted and offered me for free fixing from oval to round again!! I told him like, really? I might not buy anything, I mean, legit, I told him it’s okay, no need fix, even if it’s free, I don’t want to trouble him. To my surprise he insist, he wants to help me and make it round! So I let him! He took my ring and he really, put in the efforts to really fix my ring!! It’s round and looking brand new! Even my friends was like , “ waaaa, looking like a new ring, the guy really put in the effort “ 👏🏻 👏🏻 End up bought some earrings here!! This is not my first purchase and the experiences with Goldheart, has always been awesome!! Thank you Kevin Khoh and Team, keep up the great work!! ✨

I visited the shop to look for a gold bracelet, but the customer service was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Despite finding a piece I liked, the staff's attitude made me reconsider buying from them.
