I'm pleased with how they photographed my 1-year-old twins. The staff was very helpful, and the photo turned out beautifully. They were able to adjust the tilt of the head to meet Singapore passport requirements, which I really appreciated.

Went there for passport photo and the girls there very patient In explaining requirements to us. When taking photo, she will help to take until you are ok with it. Get the photo fast, soft plus hard copy, confirm acceptable by embassy in 20min, $22. Highly recommend

Came in to print some photos - as of January 2025 it costs $0.80 per 4R print for 20-min turnaround, and $0.60 per print if you’re willing to come back after 4 hours.
The staff who attended to me was patient and helpful, and the photo printing process was quite seamless, using the shop’s Wi-Fi.
Highly recommend for their efficient, friendly service, and convenient location near the bus interchange and MRT at Serangoon!

Absolute obnoxious,arrogant, self assertive and distasteful customer service experienced at this outlet at Serangoon Nex shopping centre.
Urgently need to get my passport photos taken due for renewal so I came in to have a simple photo session, lady staff(the eldest staff here, no hatred on age discriminations) took out a DSLR camera w/o asking you to get ready or suggesting to comb your hair and she just snapped away on her own wiiliness, of course photos turned out to be bad and dark, I politely requested her to do a retake and immediately she got herself infuriated and told me off by telling me to go to a proper studio if my expectation is high? I was just suggesting why the picture is not nicely taken and just do a retake will do and why is she loses her patience and replied offensively rude and raised her voice tone on me, suggested me to go to a photostudio if i wanted professional result which i didn't asked for??Then I saw a strobe light box on top of her and I suggested her to turn it on and thinking that might help with the lighting on pictures and she blatantly flaunted me off with the reason that she's not a professional photographer, which I think turning on the light would definitely improve light and picture quality simple as that and it's not about professional photographer should do and also my question is why do you install a light here but you don't know how to even turn on?
How can One do a decent job if they are self disgusted and had
so much displeasurement on their work.
Does she yourself like to get treated the same way that she expect others would?
Please review your SOP and staffs' attitude and photography's skills.
