I was attended by a very friendly Ms Hui Ting. I had half a dozen of old precious documents left behind by my late mother to laminate. Upon seeing the old papers, Ms Hui Ting advised that I should have them digitised beforehand in case the brittle papers corrode during the lamination process.
As I've already done the digitising, Ms Hui Ting proceeded with the lamination. She handled the documents with extreme care and straightened out every crisp and fold along the torn edges to allow them to sit flatly in between the lamination sheet. As she focused on caring for my documents, her colleague jumped in to attend to other customers who flowed in.
It was a delight to witness such camaraderie and pleasant service. Thank you, Ms Hui Ting and colleague 🙂

Ms Tang Siow Peng and Ms Fong Hui Ting have demonstrated exceptional customer service and professionalism.
My friends and I reached the shop late, at about 8.45pm. We didn’t know how to use the photo printing self-service computer. Near to the closing time of 9pm, Hui Ting was still very patient and taught us how to use the computer. In addition, she also helped us with the photos selection and cropping. Siow Peng then ensure that the photos were printed correctly, laminated and trimmed them nicely. Due to us spending extra time selecting the photo frames, both of them had to extend their working hours to ensure that the photos were printed, laminated and nicely framed. They never rushed us even though, their working hours had already exceeded. Instead, they were friendly, patient and provided very good advice on the photo frames selection. Thank you Siow Peng and Hui Ting for giving us a wonderful experience in the FotoHub.
