Dyson at Nex

Was looking to get an air purifier but wishes to understand more before making a purchase so decided to check out this booth at nex. The young male staff with colored hair attended to us promptly and we were impressed by his product knowledge and service. He was able to answer all the queries we had and explained technical information in layman terms so that we could understand easily. He was also able to give relevant examples and useful advice. There was no pressure nor any hard selling. As compared to some sales people who boast about their products and over promises, this dyson staff was very humble and gave practical facts of the products. We learnt so much, had all our concerns clarified, and we were so grateful for his patience that we placed the order right away. Unfortunately i didnt get his name but our receipt shows Allan Lee so hope we got the right person.

5 star for Allen and Yee Chang. Allen product knowledge and service skills is really off the charts that I ended up purchasing more than what I initially came for. His energy and enthusiasm is really genuine and Yee Chang is a great assistant to him. Although it’s just them two, they are able to toggle between us and other customers seamlessly and effortlessly without breaking a sweat and without customer feeling being left out.

When courier failed to deliver my Dyson vacuum cleaner yesterday morning, you took the initiative to arrange for it to be delivered directly from your store within just two hours. Your understanding of my situation, especially with my upcoming travel, really stood out. I went to Dyson Nex to buy fan filters and took the chance to recap how to use WashG1. I am really impressed by Allan service attitude and professionalism. He explained in great details to me how to use and maintain the device and I can feel his enthusiasm and passion in his work. Really appreciate his help and friendliness. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants to buy Dyson products to look for Allan.

Excellent service from Allan Lee. He’s very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining the vacuum. He also showed us and let us try out the tools. There are also a few different ‘packages’ we can get depending on our needs. Highly recommend!

Sales staff Allan was wonderfully out of his way helpful, full of patience, knowledgeable in explaining the product v12 detect slim submarine. I am so thankful for Alan from Dyson Nex, he have been a great sales assistant from the start & I will definitely look for him again for any recommendations of products next time. He is very patient when teaching me how to use the Dyson Airwrap & he introduces each tools very well. I really felt the need to write this review because I am really very happy with the service that I got. He is a sales assistant that will literally give me tips and recommendations on how to style, what to use to style, whether our hair has to be damp or not. Overall a very fulfilling experience & he really allowed me to enjoy my process of buying. Glad that Dyson have a good set of staffs to make our buying journey so memorable, personalised and awesome. The best thing about the dyson airwrap is also that we can use the app to manage the settings that we like & knowing that I am a beginner, Alan suggested to help me set the bluetooth i.d which enables a personalised setting as for how to style my hair. Spoke to 2 Dyson staff today about the Airstrait and the air purifiers. Both staff were wonderfully knowledgeable about their products and were happy to answer any questions I had. All the reviews about this store is so true! A great experience!

By far the best shopping experience. Was curious about the specs of the v12 vacuum cleaner so me and my partner were discussing about it at the side. It was a weekend so the shop was quite crowded. Was not expected to be served by this young gentleman, Allan Lee. He explained everything to us in detail from the exterior functions to using the products to cleaning the product. He recommended us products that were more suitable for our lifestyle. Felt like I was talking to a friend as he is professional yet honest and friendly. Good explanation and super patient. I did not buy anything that day as I needed some time to consider but he was not pushy/hard selling me at all. Went back a few days later to purchase after I decided on the product that I wanted. Satisfied with the purchase and sales service provided by Allan. Very knowledgeable and well explained.
