I was shocked to see that they didn't use fresh dough to fry the you tiao: they were re-frying already pre-fried you tiou (a packet of these was on the preparation table opposite the frying station). And the oil used for frying was not fresh oil.

Super long queue because of understaff. 1 person take order and prepare the food. Another 2 staff at the back but didn't tell the front counter. Bought Tau Suan but watery, feel like drinking soup.

Bought tao suan from rivercourt, hougang. The tao suan was total cold! The you tiao was also cold and hard. I couldn't heat up the tao suan as I was outside. I try to eat as not to waste money...
