Went into the shop with no expectations but came out pleasantly impressed with great customer service by Lee Hua ! Her knowledge of the shop products was very helpful and beneficial to us making our final decision in which shoes to buy, and she prioritised comfort level over the aesthetic of the shoes when recommending them to us. Her experience and creativity also helped us in the choosing and designing of jibbitz for the shoes we chose and she was good at recommending jibbitz that fit the style of the shoes we bought. Thank you Lee Hua for outstanding service, your friendly smile and welcoming presence, my mum and I had a good time there. ☺️✨🙏

I initially visited Crocs at Nex to check out the jibbitz placement ideas since I had bought a few online and wasn't sure how to style them on my Crocs. Jocelyn, the Sales Associate who assisted me, was incredibly cheerful and helpful. She patiently showed me how to easily decorate my current Mega Crush Clogs, and even came up with some creative jibbitz arrangements that looked amazing! She also recommended the Stomp Mary Jane, which I wasn't sure about at first. But after trying it on, I was completely sold-it's so pretty and sweet! Jocelyn's recommendations and her friendly, creative assistance really made my shopping experience a delightful one. Thank you, Jocelyn, for your amazing service and for helping me style my Crocs so beautifully!

Have been passing by Crocs for the longest time and finally decided to dive in to join the trend. Staff are friendly and helpful. Left the designing of my crocs to Lee Hwa and she did a wonderful job. She is able to visualise quickly and offer good suggestions for pairing. Revisited today again as I wanted to see if there are suitable new Jibbitz that I can add on to my current crocs. And once again, Lee Hwa did a wonderful job! My experience with Crocs Nex staff has been constant and wonderful and I’m glad to cross path with Lee Hwa and her team during my visits.
