Very friendly male promoter, Shawn, demo and let us tested a few different iron and explained the pros and cons. We ended up getting a iron based on his recommendations. Big thanks to the cashier, Ms Davamalar, she went out of way to help us use our nets flash pay card. Despite her colleague saying it can't be used and it failed to go through once, it eventually worked due to her professional knowledge and persistence!

Vikki Yap was a lovely sales lady. Was told by a guy manager and a sales person that an item I wanted was out of stocks, but when Vikki took over the transaction she took the initiative to check if other stores had the stocks n she could even arrange it down for us to collect! She even explained Abt getting and additional warranty the pros, cons and what kinda of service the warranty can help us with in the future. Honestly I really appreciate Vikki's services. tho it may sound like she's just doing her basic requirements but not many staff will do the same like vikki.with Vikki sales attitude and her willing hearts to help help a customer it makes us buyers have more trust in a shops service. So thank you Vikki.
