To express my disappointment with the after-sales service I have received from Manager at NEX. Since making my purchase of 999 bracelet, I have encountered that the bracelet getting longer. Unfortunately, rather than receiving assistance, I was met with unhelpful responses and sarcasm remarks quote “Ain’t you glad that it’s real 999!’ I found both unprofessional and disrespectful.
It is extremely frustrating to experience this and definitely it has fallen well below expectations.
